We bought a brand new unit over the summer which was about 7 months ago. Since we’ve had it, we’ve had nothing but problems. The A/C has never cooled. We’ve had multiple service calls and each time are told there is a different issue, which never gets fixed. Every service guy tells us something different. We reached out to our sales rep, who was very helpful in the beginning, but then began to completely ignore our messages to him. I just made another call to get someone out to fix the air, as it is about to start warming up outside and our children’s bedrooms are upstairs and it gets very hot up there. We attempted to turn it on a week ago and now not only does it not cool, but it’s blowing out a horrible mildew smell the second it’s turned on. When the unit is on, it runs constantly, never cools, and never turns off. Our power bill was astronomical before the winter season hit and we’re paying $200 a month for a unit that doesn’t work. We were told when we made the purchase that if something happened and it didn’t work, they would install a brand new unit at no cost. That has yet to happen! To say we are unsatisfied is an understatement! At this point I’d be fine with them removing the unit and us taking our business elsewhere!

Deceptive business practices. They falsely advertise free estimates then charge you an $89.95 service fee after the estimate is done and claim that the free estimate is only if you need a brand new system, which is not disclosed anywhere on their website. I am fortunate enough to be able to afford the service. The price is not the issue. The failure to disclose, however, is unacceptable and makes this business untrustworthy. Moreover, when I called to politely register the complaint, I was hung up on by Ashley. If I could rate negative 5 on customer service alone, this business would be absolutely deserving of it.

We had reliable replace our heating and air at the same time. We’d had another company come give us a quote a couple days before. It was around 14k for a single story home.
In comes the sales rep. Sara Endsley from Reliable.
She is awesome!! Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. She brought up things that would help us that we hadn’t even thought of. Like, waking up several times a night for a drink of water.
Reliable had a great pricing and payment plans in place right now and we took full advantage.
Sara said she would be coming back to make sure we’re happy. To be honest, I can’t wait to see her again! 😇

Because of their lack of making sure the pan under the A/C was level, and they put the shut off valve in the front (highest level) my drain got clogged so the pan filled and leaked. I have called multiple times only to get a voicemail that was full. If they would have installed it correctly I wouldn't be dealing with the damages in my kitchen and hall.
