Our quote and install went very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would, installed what they said they would, and communicated everything very well. Minor issue with some scratches on our painted floor, but we have the paint to repair it so not a huge deal. Definitely would recommend.

Mr. Muhammad, electrician, was the consummate professional. He was timely, efficient and effective. He identified the problems and offered great solutions. He gave us a cost estimate before he began the work and was on target at the end. We are thrilled with the outcome and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

I used reliable for my restaurant for years. Then all of a sudden they stopped coming for my preventive maintenance. I called several times and they said they had someone scheduled to come out, even gave me a window but no one ever showed. I called and spoke to a manager. The commercial department manager told me they no longer service restaurants due to high demand and staffing issues. I just seen a reliable van at my neighbors restaurant and I spoke to the reliable tech and he said they still service restaurants. Not sure why all of a sudden they are treating us this way. We have been good paying on time customers for years.

Called Reliable regarding my main HVAC unit (AC unit outside kept going on and off). Ed came out and identified the system needed to be replaced. He called our friend Rodney in sales and he was out within an hour to quote a new system. This was on a Friday and we had the whole new system installed the next Tuesday. Junior and his team were punctual, polite, professional and cleaned up when they were finished. They were quite impressive as everyone we've had from Reliable who has serviced or installed a system here over the last 7 years. Great company, great people. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I want to express my gratitude to to Ian Edwards and the Reliable Heating and air team. I am a residential builder in South Carolina and my mother's home needed a new furnace and outdoor unit in Atlanta. As a member of the South Carolina building community, it always is hard to hire an out of state company that I have not worked with to perform work on my family's home. I am quite particular on my choices and after several quite intensive discussions with many companies in Atlanta I asked Relaible for a quote. I was nervous when I received the estimate since it was so much lower than what I had gotten from some of the other companies. I never feel that the cheapest is always the best in construction and I had apprehension to move forward. That mantra, however, could not be further from the truth in this case. The whole process from start to finish was beyond professional and everyone involved in the install was kind, knowledgeable and very skilled. The end result was a perfect install. I could not be more pleased to say that Ian and his team at Reliable did an outstanding job, I would certainly let them do work on any one of our homes we are building in my area. To the Team at Reliable....I felt it necessary to leave this review, as I am not in the Atlanta area often to recommend companies, so I hope this helps to continue your success...it is well deserved with the quality you provided for our family. Joseph Carter came out to assist us with the process of getting a new ac unit and furnace. It was such a smooth process, he explained everything and made sure we understood what we were purchasing! I would definitely recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

Our brand new home (SR Homes) was delivered to us with a cracked A/C drain line inside an exterior wall. We had to rip out our kitchen to get to the leaking drain PVC pipe. Chris Hamrick removed the broken pipe and replaced it with new PVC and tested the repair for leaks. He did a thorough job of repair with a minimal amount of disruption. He even added access points to the PVC in the attic. We recommend Reliable and Chris if you need HVAC repairs.

The AC went out at our home at the wrong time, and we could not deal with the cooling air only working at night time. Called reliable and they came out the next day and installed our new systems for both the AC unit and heat pump two days later. They could have done it next day but it did not fit into what we had planned that day. The thermostat is also a nice update to our little fixer upper because it is nice being able to cool the house from your phone. The best part about their company is the payment plan which is nice because if you can’t pay for it all at once it’s definitely nice to be able to get service on a budget.

Amazing service from initial call to installation.I called reliable, not knowing that my water heater was completely dead. They came out the same day and were able to install a brand new water heater with affordable pricing. Any other company I would’ve had to wait several days before I got an installation and I was able to book service and have an install on the same day which is unheard of! This company is completely phenomenal. They are professional and I would recommend them to anyone. They are amazing! Shout out to Joseph for professionalism and quick service!

I put in a request to have my ac inspected, as it was just blowing hot air. I was able to schedule a technician to come and evaluate in under 24 hours. Chris was able to review the system and suggested that i was better off replacing it. Gary Roberts then came by to see what my replacement unit would look like, he was in and out in about 5 minutes, printed me a quote right in his car, and helped schedule and installation for the very next day. This type of customer service is unheard of, I am a customer for life.
