Worst service I have ever seen. Spoke with someone almost two weeks after my system installation due to the system being put in my home improperly and flooding my floors walls and ceilings and no one has reached out to me to assist with any accommodations other than a restoration service. I have loud dehumidifiers hooked up to increase my electric bill (not on a generator), I work from home so the noise is a problem, no type of compensation for this huge inconvenience to come home to after returning from a trip to see my home like this with children, hardly any air coming through the vents in my children rooms causing it to be extremely hot during the day and night, and no responses via email from the one point of contact I was given 5 days ago. Floors coming up in bedrooms and hall floor with odors of mold and my kids and I have terrible allergies. I have never seen such worst customer etiquette in my life. I thought I would have cool air in every room and to move in to my next renovation project when returning home.

I have used reliable before for AC fixing and were good. I had them for AC duct and dryer vent cleaning, not knowing that they subcontract it to champion air quality. They arrived at 10:15 am instead of 830 AM as prmised. Than I was told it takes 6-7 hrs to clean 3 ac system. I was moving into house. I told them I would like to cancel and reschedule service, they asked $100/ac system for cancellation. When I told them I can not pay $300 for AC cancellation, they asked me $150 + credit card processing for cancellation. I paid them around $160 for cancellation which I have never heard of. They told me they drove for more than 2 hrs, I was okay with paying then $50 for cancellation, even though it was not my fault. I have called reliable customer service, and they told me they will get back to me. Relaible should think twice before subcontracting this work. I asked reliable to do this work because I trusted them and they were local to my area. If you have to drive 2 hrs to reach my place and you are delayed by 2 hrs, its not my fault. Please check distance before taking the order. If its inconvinient say no.
Updated: customer service kept the promise. They git back to me and subcontractor agreed to refund the cancelation fee.

This is the 2nd year we had a scheduled maintenance and a second time both our units stopped working. Called and they can work us in but will be the next day. Before both units working fine. This group is a joke and they don’t care about the customer

Nabil showed up on time. Was extremely thorough and diagnosed why my less than 2 year old AC system was not working. I have to say out of all the service people I have had over the years he is the BESt. The ecobee thermostat was not functioning and needed to be reset. He assured me everything was fine and working perfectly before he left.

We had our HVAC unit replaced by Reliable and I'm so glad we did! We debated going with the smaller company we normally used but I wanted someone reputable and I'm so glad we called Reliable! Scheduling was great, we called late afternoon on a weekday and our comfort consultant Sara came out to the house that same night and we had our unit installed the very next day!! Sara was AWESOME, so nice and knowledgeable. The crew (William & his partner) that came out to install our HVAC unit were great too. They were at the house all day but were such good sports about it and did such a great job. Garrett, who came out to service the unit was also GREAT. He was nice and took the time to explain things to me and answered my questions. Mary, who was at the office went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I can't say enough good things about everyone that we worked with. It's hard to find a company that has such great employees where you consistently receive great service.

I was looking for information in my file cabinet when I ran across the original paperwork from when I called Reliable to fix my A/C on May 9, 2016. Darryl Baker came out and told me my system was leaking coolant and that he was not going to try to find the leak because the leaks always come from the Furnace unit. He told me I need new units inside and out to solve my problem. Darryl then gave me a quote of $8025 to have the units replaced. I decided to go with another company to repair my unit. Today is May 10, 2023 and the unit I was told that needed to be replaced is still working beautifully 7 years later with no leaks thanks to Sanders Mechanical.

A very nice and friendly guy named Barry came out and replaced the capacitor on my A/C unit. Highly recommend him and Reliable Heating and A/C.

Jr, Miguel and Fernando did a really good job on the installation of our heating and air units. They were very thorough pand knowledgeable about what they were doing. Jr explained everything that was done and answered all of my questions. Very Professional!0
