S-Nabil was very professional and did a thorough job maintaining our HVAC system. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived early in our service window. He worked efficiently and answered any questions we had. We've used Reliable for many years and have always had great service.

My electric clothes dryer burned a wire & created an issue with my outlet. Reliable was able to schedule an appointed the next morning. Ryan (the Reliable serviceman) was punctual, professional and a huge help with my electrical outlet problem.

Reliable truly lived up to the name.. This was my first experience using this company and a company I will use again. The awesome interaction with the service tech Brent was by far great. Not only was he knowledgeable and thorough with explaining what was happening with my water issue he took the time to insure I understood the process. Which made me very comfortable with the service. I’m not looking to have a issue like this anytime soon, but Reliable will be my choice of company for sure. Along with Brent as my service tech🙂

Nabil was great! He phoned when he was 5 minutes away. I also received a text message. He was courteous and professional. He checked the AC unit inside and outside and found everything in good condition!

Turned on our HVAC & had a smell. Called Reliable & Jason responded. When he came out the smell had dissipated. He explained what could have happened & if we had any problems to call again. He also explained the monthly warranty that’s available. Very informative & great customer service . We have used RELIABLE for at least 20 yrs. & always completely satisfied. Jason is definitely a keeper.!!

Technician came on on 3/23. He had to have a reschedule done due to needing to use camera. Scheduled for 03/26. On 3/26 around my scheduled time, I receive a call that they had to cancel on me because technician called out sick. I was rescheduled to 03/27 and was told I would be first stop on service route. My service window was to be between 8-10 AM. At 9:50AM, I call them to see what's going on and I'm told " are you available between 12-4"... I keep getting pushed back for no reason! While actively having water backing up into my house for going on more than 1 week now. completely unprofessional. I am so disappointed to see them act this way given the reputation, recommendations, and the previous successful experience that I have had with this company. When I called in this morning, I dealt with an unprofessional Tocara (sp). who asking her supervisor Megan uprofessionally says (while still being on phone with me) "Megan can you speak to HER ". I then speak to the manager Megan(sp.) who tells me that it was possibly due to the weather. That's fine! I understand that these things happen, but I was NEVER notified and here I am like an idiot setting this time aside for them to come out when they weren't going to be coming out and no one told me!

We replaced our 10 year old builder grade unit with a new Trane system with Reliable. From the orginal tech Jeremy, the sales guy Rob and the 2 installers Alex and Michael it was an overall great experience. Communication was excellent, everything was explained thoroughly in a way we could easily understand. The monthly rental rate is a great, affordable plan and a win-win for customer and company. All parties went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recomend!
