Reliable was prompt in getting a technician (Nabil) to come to the house. He was very professional, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue based on my “not so good” description of the situation. We just had our AC and furnace replaced and the service was impeccable. Tom was a great comfort advisor and discussed all the options in detail. The installation team (Issac and Blake) was on time and worked fast. They discovered an issue with a breaker and had someone (Wayne) come out same day to fix the issue. Wayne was so friendly and even fixed a broken light bulb in our crawl space. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician, Rick, came to our home to service our unit and he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough!! My experience was TERRIBLE. Will NEVER use these guys again. I waited 2 hours at an apt after they told me the plumber was on his way. They said he was around the corner so he would be there soon. Call them back 5 times and they kept saying the plumber would reach but never did. If you call your company reliable then deliver on that. TERRIBLE service and I will make sure never to recommend or use them again.

Jacob made first contact and was very courteous and professional. He listened to me and explained how Reliable could resolve my issues with a new replacement HVAC unit and two new inside vents. We scheduled the installation for Monday at 9:00 AM. On installation day I received a call from the installer (Victor) that he would be on site at about 8:45 AM. Victor arrived on time, surveyed the installation area, and began work. Victor is very courteous, professional and didn't mind me asking questions. He worked diligently to complete the removal of the old system and installation of the new system, all while cleaning up after himself. I am absolutely satisfied with the job provided by both professionals. If you need an HVAC repair or replacement, I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air. Floyd, my techician was an amazing communicator. Installed for the price quoted. As a technician, he knew his stuff. A good man, trustworthy, professional and a great technician. I highly recommend him.
