Jason did a great job. We went from sweating to feeling cool. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He had the part on hand! He was friendly and professional from the moment he first called, to tell me he was on his way, till when he drove away. If I had a company I would hire him! I would choose this company and recommend it just from Jason's visit.

From the moment I called, this morning and she answered the phone and scheduled me for same day service, to Jason coming out...blessed! Thank you for following through and coming. I felt valued as a customer and now I am cool too šŸ˜Ž !!

Junior and the crew arrived on time to install a new smart heating and cooling system. They very professional and courteous and got the job done in less time than I anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves and Junior explained everything I need to know about the system, and if I had additional questions I can call or read the information he provided. I had a service agreement with Reliable Heating and Air that was from March 2022 - 2023. Reliable deducted a payment for $11.25 for April which should NOT have been. I've called them at least 6 times for a refund of this this amount and to date, I've not received it. I just hung up from speaking with a customer service representative who informed me that their billing representative said they are behind in refunding customers. UNACCEPTABLE! Why should we wait indefinitely for a mistake on their end? They're a whole business that doesn't want to refund individuals for when they make errors. It's not a lot of money but it's MY money, I want it, and the gall to say they are behind on paying refunds is ridiculous! DO NOT USE THEM! THIEVES!

Shaw was professional and courteous. He gave a 30 minute notice for ETA and was promptly at my home. He quickly analyzed the issue with my washer and repaired a leak. He came back the next and install new washer water in/out faucets. He offered choices to correct the problem. He quickly resolved my problem which had been so overwhelming. Reliable is excellent as represented by Shaw, Technician. I recommend Reliable for everything. I will be using them for more renovations!

Scheduled an appointment to repair my air conditioner. Reliable scheduled a plumber to respond to my request. When I explained it was an a/c problem the plumber said Reliable would get back in touch. When I didn't hear from Reliable, I called and after a considerable wait was informed an a/c tech would contact me. When the a/c tech arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable and quickly completed the necessary repairs. The a/c tech deserves a five star. Reliable needs to work on its scheduling procedures.

I recently had our AC go out and I called a few AC companies to get quotes. After a sales rep from reliable came out he said we should see the quote in 30 min. Nothing came over, called sales person and he said he got busy and will get it over ASAP. Fast forward 3 days and never heard anything or received a quote. Reliable ghosted me. Guess my project was not worth it for them. Do not waste your time with Reliable.

The techs for this company are lazy or incompetent or both in their area of specialty. Had an electrician come out to give a determination as to the cause of several light fixtures and outlets not working properly or working at all. It was my expectation to receive a quote. The tech was not confident in what he was doing (he had to call someone else). I was quoted an amount to replace gfci outlet and that's it. In hind sight I'm not sure if the cost was accurate since he had to fumble through a notebook to confirm the cost. I didn't expect to have to assist him in the process by brainstorming potential causes and solutions. In the end, I was supposed to receive my documents via email and that has yet to happen. I was told by a rep via text that they would email the tech for him to send the paperwork....huh....what type of business process is that!? AND the rep had not received anything from the tech on her end either. Reliable needs to do better in ensuring their workers do the service(s) in it entirety. There's lots of businesses to compete with nowadays so stop giving customers watered-down service before Reliable finds itself Out Of Service.
