Air Force One HVAC

The quality of the HVAC installation was excellent. Amazingly, the cost was cheaper than all my other quotes. I was able to confirm with the workers the work being done and that all the rooms had vents. The date and time I was given for service is the day and time the workers arrived. Thank-you for the great service.

I used Air Force One to install a furnace and A/C unit. Work was professional, timely, and done at a fair price. Dealing with the smaller privately owned business instead of a chain company is preferred.

Great overall service. Sydni was a pleasure to work with and the service they provided was timely and addressed our needs.

This is my third or fourth time working with Freeman and his team. He’s always professional and does what he says. When I work with him, I honestly believe he has my best interest in mind. They installed a mini split unit for me. The unit wasn’t working initially so they came back and corrected the problem. Good service is not when everything goes smoothly. You get Good service is when you have obstacles that have to be navigate it through. I called Freeman and his guys were out to fix the problem within 48 hours. I will definitely recommend him in the future. His number is on speed dial. Just to add one more compliment. We called Ragsdale Heating and Air to compare prices and their charge was three times more than what he charged me for the exact same job. He has good service and good value. I would highly recommend.

Our air conditioning unit went out 4 days ago and thank God for Airforce One. The other companies stated they would get to us next week. "Really". Airforce One was referred to me at 2:00 today July 12 and just like the implied name, Airforce One arrived within 30 minutes because technicians were in the area.

The two technicians Sacaria and Quinton were absolutely professional in seeking a solution for the unit that was located on a five story building rooftop amongst 100 air conditioning individual units. Airforce One saved my week! Thank you for caring enough to repair the unit at such a low rate. I have already referred the company to our group of 20 business owners and look forward to endorsing Airforce One to the Condominium Board as a reputable HVAC company to list on Recommended Vendors for our 100 Homeowners......

My new heat pump started leaking and caused major damage to my ceiling under the unit. I gave AirForce 1 a call and the sent someone over to look at it. The initial issue was the filter was the wrong size causing problems with the coils freezing. I accepted that I made a mistake and moved on. Two days later the unit is leaking in another spot with yet more damage to the ceiling. They came back the next day and after a very thorough inspection, found the installation was not done properly causing lots of issues with the leaking. AirForce 1 took care of fixing the issues as well as sending someone out to repair my ceiling. I am very grateful for this level of customer service so I am upping my review to 4 stars. Glad to hear the contractors who did the initial installation are no longer being subcontracted out by the company! Cory and the rest of the AirForce 1 team are way better!

Just noticed a bunch of dents in my walls from the installation and a giant plastic base in my back yard - Assuming it was left behind from the old ac unit. Further evidence the installation was not great.

I had air force 1 come out to refill my refrigerant when my old ac froze up, I was expecting company that weekend so even though I knew there was a leak it and it was on its very last leg, I felt it was worth refilling just for a few days until company left and I could get a new ac replacement. The tech came out and did a full estimate on there placing the unit as well as refilled the refrigerant - but when hr left, the ac stopped working completely.

I called them back to complain and was basically told “yeah it’s broken, nothing we can do” I knew it needed to be replaced and had a leak but still, it was working before the tech came and the. was broken after he left? Why? So me and my out of town visitors suffered no ac for 5 days….

On Monday I called back and went ahead to schedule a replacement install with them since their estimate was $1500 cheaper than Lowe’s for a comparable unit. I also asked over $150 of unauthorized charges to be removed from my invoice from the refrigerant visit because they’re charged me for diagnostics I never asked for - they removed these right away.

The installers came out 2 days later and installed the unit but had to take apart my attic door to do so and were unable to put it back together the same way. Not a big deal though because it is super old. They also installed a smart thermostat I had purchased beforehand. Before they left, I noticed the air was blowing out of the intake vents meaning they installed the furnace incorrectly. A couple hours later they had it fixed and everything was good once again. The installation took about 8 hrs.

The overall experience wasn’t bad. We had some hiccups, frustrations, and miscommunications along the way - but I don’t regret going with them because they never tried to push me to buy or do something I didn’t want. If I wanted better customer service or a smoother install - I could have paid Lowe’s the extra $1500 for it. Overall I give 3 stars because my expectations were met and they were very responsive and timely.

The team at AIR Force One came through for me when my 20 year old air conditioning unit died in 90+ temps. They came out on time and provided a quote that was competitive with the other major providers and they were able to install a unit the next day. Very professional, cleaned the work area when done and great service. Thank you for cooling me off. 😍

Everyone on the AF1 staff was so easy to work with. I have friends in Kennesaw, Acworth, Marietta, and Woodstock that I have referred for service by Air Force One HVAC. Freeman Smith came to my home and repaired a simple problem that I thought would be a lot more complicated and expensive. He could have charged me more money, but didn't. I'll continue to recommend this company.
