David and his company are great people. I have been using them for 6 years now and they always do great work. He has saved me a ton of money by repairing things the correct way instead of trying to sell me a whole new unit like a lot of the bigger companies will. They know their stuff and are a great value. Highly recommend.

David was so fast and knowledgeable! He came right away when we had an AC issue. He was friendly, reasonably priced and professional. We will definitely use them again!

It amazes me when someone writes a review, bashing a company because they did not get what they wanted, without providing substance to the claims. I have been dealing with Exact for over 10 years, and I have never had an issue. I have also referred Exact to other neighbors and friends, all with the same experience, VERY HAPPY!! Some of the referrals have been for a second opinion on replacing an entire system, which resulted in a minor fix to repair, saving the home owner, several thousands of dollars. Exact does one thing, thoroughly looks at the situation, does an extensive analysis and finds the root of the issue. Yes, sometimes the end result is a full replacement, but a large majority of the time, it’s a minor repair. So, if you want an honest to goodness opinion, whether first or second, give Exact a chance, they have an honest, to the point, no frills approach to doing it the right way the first time. Keep up the great work guys!!

Untrustworthy, dishonest. After hearing warnings from other customers and friends, I have to agree they are AWFUL. They lied and when caught in the lie, they argued and insulted instead of saying they were sorry and admitting it. Makes it hard to trust a company once they bold face lie. Especially when they get angry when caught. Do not use if your time is valueable. It's a one man show, so they take forever to respond. Other companies are far more attentive and responsible. I'd recommend anyone else.

I had probably the best customer service experience ever dealing with David. His experience and knowledge about A/C is top notch. I truly expected to replace my entire system but David said that wasn’t necessary at this time. He was more than willing to quote a new system but instead got me up and running with the old system. Since then the system works better than it ever has and it is almost too cold. My only regret is not finding him sooner. Exact Comfort is my choice for A/C from now on and I will happily recommend David to everyone I know who needs A/C work done. THANK YOU!!!!!

David is a rare find in service industry with his honesty and experience it was an easy decision to move forward and use his service(and company) to replace our system. David came to give us a quote on a new system and even offered to help replace the compressor that had went bad on our old one which should have been covered by the Home Warranty of America. A month later they still hadn't done anything about it. We decided that it was time to replace the 13 yr old air conditioner anyways and started getting quotes. David was on of the last ones that we called and he took the time to go over the entire system and only recommended replacing what was broken at the time(just the air conditioner) instead of the the whole system. He said the heater wasn't in bad shape and since we were trying to save money but get in working order again to just do the air conditioner. David is very knowledgeable and made sure that we knew why we had to replace certain things along with just the air conditioner.

We mulled it over a little longer and then decided to move forward he came a week later with the new system. He and 2 others did the install took away the old system and kept everything nice and tidy. The work looks extremely nice. Everything is working as it should and my house is finely cool again. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EXACT COMFORT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I feel confident that i made the right decision with Exact Comfort and David. He saved us a lot of money without pressuring us into something we didnt really need right away but got us up to date so my family could get comfortable again.

The owner, Mr. David Boswinkle assessed our 5-year old heat pump system after we received a previous assessment. The competitor indicated we needed a new system. David was up front in his assessment, provided maintenance, and helped us save several thousand dollars. He was professional, congenial, and we were completely satisfied with his service. For nearly 7 years we lived without AC in our upstairs, mostly because of finances and also scared of being taken advantage by AC companies. Of everyone we interviewed (and it was a ton of companies!), we decided to go with Exact Comfort. Why? Because David came highly recommended by friends, and then when we met him, he was extremely knowledgeable, and he was extremely honest. He was very open and honest about what we did and did not need. He didn't try to sell us anything more than what we needed. As well, he gave us suggestions that none of the larger companies gave us, such as adding additional returns in the bedrooms! And I am so glad he did that!

In total, we got two 2 ton 14/16 SEER, two 60 BTU VSP Furnaces, all new duct work through the top floor of our house, 4 new returns in the bedrooms, Aprilaire Air Filters, 2 touch screen thermostats, and the drains outside. These were all American Standard. All of this, and it was much more affordable than the other companies. I never felt David was trying to take advantage of me; he seems to really care about being fair and giving a good price to his costumers.

The installation was estimated to take 2 days, but it did take 3. I was fine with that as David continually was going above and beyond in the work. The drain pipes outside, he carefully extended them away from the house (which he wasn't at all obligated to do) and he thoughtfully placed the spout next to my hydrangea bush to ensure it would get extra water. As well, when the installation was completed, he told me to stand in the place where I do most of my work in the kitchen, and I noticed he had again thoughtfully pointed the register right in that direction! (seems little, but I thought it was so thoughtful, and that means a lot!)

Overall I am beyond happy with our new systems and so pleased with the work David and his men did. His men were incredibly polite. My mind is genuinely at ease after my experience with Exact Comfort. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks so much David for everything!

I called today, they were able to fit me in. David arrived within the window they gave me and he was able to fix the problem (puppy chewed wires) very fast and even answered some questions that I had. I enjoyed the time he spent here, very personable and honest! I foresee a long relationship with this company! Will definitely spread the word on this great company!

Woke up this morning to a cold house and discovered my heat wasn't working. I called around, but David was the first person to get back to me. He was at my house in 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. The issue was promptly fixed and I'm now enjoying a nice, warm house again. Should I have any more heating issues, I'll be giving David a call!
