I’ve used J&S for many many years now and always receive the best service. Rick is very responsive and never tries to sell me something I do not need. I have recommended them to all my family and friends.

Needed my unit serviced and was so pleased with the work J&S provided! They were so nice and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. I highly recommend them!

If I could give no stars I would. I called them to get a price in replacing my system with a ductless mini split system. Ben came out and looked it over and said he would send me a quote. 4 weeks later no quote despite me emailing to make sure they had the correct email address. Won't be recommending them to anyone else.

After getting recommendations from people on NextDoor, I chose J&S. I like doing business with a owner/operator who takes care of his people and his customers. I need to know they are honest and not going to try to sell me on things I don't need. Rick and his team are those people and I highly recommend them!

These guys are the real deal. Very experienced and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I’ve had Ben out and then Rick and George on separate occasions. They are very honest and trustworthy, and really care about getting your system up and running at the most affordable cost to you. When I’ve had other companies say I need a new system or new thermostat that will cost thousands, J & S always comes through with a smart solution with their knowledge of furnaces and AC systems. I will only use J&S.

I have used J&S for years - maybe 20? at several houses and they are TOP NOTCH. Always honest, always responsive, always knowledgeable. I have experience with a few other "big name" HVAC companies that I cannot say the same. I highly recommend Rick and his company - they are fantastic!

We recently bought a house in West Cobb. Loved the place but after being there during the summer, we found the upstairs did not cool to consistent, comfortable levels. We called J&S based on the reviews we found. We were looking for someone who was knowledgeable, honest and didn't upsell. We definitely got that when Ben arrived. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, gave us options to correct the problem. He also gave us good advice to allow our system to work to it's full potential. We wholeheartedly would recommend J&S to anyone with a HVAC problem.

This company does not appear professional or honest by any means. I was lied to about my materials and did not receive some of them,and then after it was installed I received a call saying I owed them more money than we agreed upon.
