Jason showed up less than 24 hours after reaching out because one of my condenser's was not working properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and we have cold air again!

I have worked with Controlled Climate Services for over a year now on multiple properties. Chris and Jason did an awesome job repairing our old HVAC systems, as well as overhauling our system at another property to install new mini-splits. Customer service was phenomenal. They came when they said they were going to come, and communicated well throughout the entire process. One of the best business i had the pleasure of working with.

Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. Need to realign funds before obtaining service.

I have been using Controlled Climate Services for more than 20 years. This locally owned family business is professional, punctual and they always perform well. They don’t overcharge for the work they provide and they explain the problem and preventative methods to avoid a similar problem in the future. I’m always pleased with their work.

A/C went out late in the evening. I thought I would have to wait but decided to do a Google search. The lady who answered was professional and assured me someone would call soon. A young man named Clayton did and came within an hour around 9:30 pm! He identified the problem quickly and we had air by 10:00! They do charge a premium for after hours and I was prepared for that but overall the whole service call was reasonable considering the time of night. I'm so thankful for how they responded and how knowledgeable Clayton was. I highly recommend!!!

Jason is awesome! He is extremely Knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond for us to repair our Ac unit! If you want great customer service use Controlled Climate!

Had our Mitsubishi HVAC (only a few years old) went out back during the holidays. I went through three HVAC contractors. After I made the call directly to Mitsubishi they passed me onto to CCS. They contacted me very quickly to schedule a time to come out. I explained the pain we went through with others that said they could work on Mitsubishi units. Previous companies were trying to charge me an arm and a leg saying multiple different things were wrong. The CCS team came out on time and analyzed all the issues and were able determine that my outside blower was faulty. Got it covered on warranty and we were AMAZED at the quick turn around (especially during the whole pandemic shortage woes) for installation. I’ve waited since December installation to post this and we are so pleased with the complete knowledge and services that CCS provides. We felt from the moment they arrived at our house that they were straight forward and very courteous. We were treated like family and have found our company to always use for our HVAC needs. We are so convinced we plan to upgrade our one system split zones system to separate systems down the road and will 100% put our trust that CCS will do quality work that will last.

Recently Jason fixed a hole we had drilled in an HVAC line, and this was a very pleasant experience. Solid and careful work, lots of questions answered, respectful moving around throughout the house and reasonably priced on top.

Now Kevin did the maintenance on our 3 relatively old units, and fixed a couple of things. Everything written above was the same, really great service, and the feeling Kevin cares about his customers the same way. In fact, he made suggestions to save me money and postpone certain repairs.

I have been using Controlled Climate Services for about 5 years now, and so far EVERY appointment was really pleasant, effective and positive throughout. Zero attempt of sales through fear ("if you don't, then ..."), which I really dislike!

In my experience, I really have trouble to point out anything that could be better.

John Marshall came to our aid today after hours, was very professional and had our system diagnosed and up and running in no time. I love this company and everyone associated. Thanks John, you are awsome!!

This firm and its employees, especially Clayton Field, are fantastic !! My Mitsubishi system thermostat showed an error code indicating no heat and low coolant. They came on schedule, late in the day, stayed until midnight fixing the system by replacing leaking valves and replacing the coolant, were, as always, friendly and professional, and did the job correctly. Though they replaced 18# of coolant and were here for hours, they charged me NOTHING. That's correct; they did the work for FREE. Now that was because, I am sure, they were here 3 months earlier for the same job on the cooling side, but, still, I think that's amazing, especially for Georgia. I would never use anyone else.
