I called for help with my parents air unit. It was a little late in the day on a Friday. I received a call back, and was referred to Trey. He was not ìn town, and was on another job. He said that if I could Waite about 3 hours he would take care of my problem. He called when he was getting close, came even though it was late ,rainy, and Friday. Assessed my parents air unit, found the electrical problem, went to Home Depot, picked up the part needed, and got things up and running. I was impressed at Treys compassion for the situation, and how out of his way he went. Thank you for Quality Service.

Mike Tame did a great job as usual on 7/18/22 for my yearly maintenance. Give him a raise! Trey came out on 8/9/22 as my AC was blowing out warm air since the night before. He checked everything and wound up tripping the breaker on/off which did the trick! Thanks Trey!

What a great experience!! Trey was a great technician. He figured out what our problem was with our AC and fixed it in a timely manner. Also found we had mold inside the AC Handler. So he installed an ultraviolet light to kill the mold. I highly recommend this company and their Home Maintenance Agreement, well worth the money!!

I would NOT recommend this company.... first off they pray on the vulnerable older people they sell them on a platinum carbon air purifier for $1,895.00.as it will fix the problem with there A/C.this is a total scam as I have been reading other same reviews posted by other people this company took advantage of. then after you dispute the charge with your credit card the owner of this company calls them with threats to scare them to pay more money. I would definitely NOT hire this company please do your research before you do.......

Shawn was very thorough and informative.i. I posted a positive review three months ago when Shawn sold us the maintenance program. Unfortunately we have not experienced anywhere near the service we had expected. Without a whole lot of detail we had to go back-and-forth with three different people for five weeks due to a problem with the unit. We had a Service man out here twice they replace one part then so we need another part and haven’t heard from them in weeks called Sean and Juan and was told it needed an expensive $850 part and they couldn’t get it and they were not very professional or very accommodating . Very disappointed with the lack of communication lack of cooperation. Just felt like we were taken. Called Bahrs.. they were here in 15 minutes fixed the problem in 30 minutes. So our business with superior obviously is over.

We are SOOOOO happy with Superior!!!! We called them on a Friday right before the Labor Day weekend. They brought a portable A/C unit so we could sleep comfortably and bright & early Tuesday they were there installing a new unit. The installers were very professional & courteous & when they were done, explained how everything worked with the new thermostat & paperwork. Office personal were so incredibly helpful! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Will be lifetime, HAPPY customers.

I had used other AC services in the past with varied results. I received a call from Superior offering a complete check for a low price. Richard, the technician who arrived early for the appointment did a very thorough check. He found mold in my unit which he showed to me. He showed me a UV air cleaner on a phone video, and also the product in person. There was no pressure to purchase, but I felt it very important to ensure we were breathing clean, filtered air. I was very pleased with the service, and that Richard left a number where he could be reached if I had a problem. About ten days later, I noticed the unit was slow to cool down. I am a Senior and do not know how to check the problem myself. I called Richard and the next day, Mark, another technician came to inspect the problem. He answered all of my many questions in a very informed manner. He made sure that I understood all of the parts involved. Most importantly he explained why the unit had slowed down. Totally professional and patient, even though I was an extra call inserted into an already tight schedule. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for professional service they can trust.

I requested a diagnostic of my AC unit because it does not produce hot air. I confirmed the charge would be $60. The diagnostic fee will be applied toward the repair. The technician arrived, turned on my unit, confirmed no hot air, discussed the life expectancy of the AC unit, checked the thermostat, and stated that it was the wrong thermostat and possibly incorrect wiring. He mentioned the 4-year service contract for $475, which included the replacement of the thermostat, redoing the wiring, and ensuring that I will have heat. It sounds legit and feasible, so I signed the contract.
I did a little research and spoke to a few people about the thermostat. Well, there is no such thing as a "wrong thermostat." I called the next day and spoke with Steve to cancel the contract. He wants to charge me for supply and labor, which never occurred. I explained to him that nothing had happened yet. He said that he needs to get more detail from the technician. When he called me, he left a message stating that I need pay a $60 service charge and a $45 trip fee. I was very stunned. I called and explained to him about the charges. He agreed to drop the $45 trip fee and expected me to pay the $60 over the phone with my credit card. I asked him to send me the bill.
I will be gladly paying for the $60 diagnostic fee. However, if the technician was improperly diagnosed, I expect this company to settle this matter properly.

Shawn and Mike made a special trip to attend to my a/c issues. They were professional and upfront with all my options. I am especially impressed with their knowledge of older systems like mine. Unfortunately it was on it's last legs so they were able to provide me with a new unit at a very reasonable price which also included the UV air treatment installation. Looking forward to my new unit!
