Shawn drained the water using a shop vac, and voila! We had cold air again! While he was here, he checked to make sure refrigerant level was accurate. All was good. Thank you again Shawn!

Unethical company praying on vulnerable My mother has an AC maintenance plan with Superior Heating and Cooling Management., Inc. When she had an issue with her AC unit in May 2022, she called Superior Heating and Cooling. The technician arrived and sold to my mother (who speaks very little English and is low income) a “Platinum Carbon Air Purifier” for $1,895 as a fix to her AC issue. This price is almost double of what other companies charge for the same. When I called to the Superior Heating and Cooling to dispute an overcharge, the sales manager Steve agreed that the price was on a high side and promised to send back to my mother $300 check back. I have been talking to Steve at least 6 times about this $300 check over last three months. Steve always promises that it will be sent soon, but it was never sent. Once you are on a Superior Heating and Cooling maintenance plan, expect to be double charged the market rate, especially if you are elderly, poor or otherwise vulnerable. If you try to ask them for redress, they will keep giving you promises that will not be fulfilled. Please don’t let this company anywhere near your elderly, vulnerable loved ones or 55+ communities, Superior Heating will superiorly fleece them.
Contacted Superior Heating and Cooling for AC maintenance. My husband and I had already discussed not letting them “sell” us anything we did not need. Don came out and took the cover off the unit and can I just say, HOLY COW - MOLD! The previous A C unit never worked properly after installation, and was not big enough, so we went ahead and agreed to a new larger unit. Because we DID need it. And because Don was so concerned about our health with all the mold we were breathing. The unit we got has a UV light to kill the mold and is big enough to cool the house without having the temp set at frigid. It has already made a difference in how it cools the house. The young men who installed it were polite and efficient. But today was duct cleaning day which was part of the service I got when we agreed to a new AC…I cannot say enough about Danny who did this service. Personality plus, as well as thorough and efficient. I know if I have any issues (which I am sure I won’t) I can call Don and he will take care of it with a smile and I know he will make sure I have my yearly maintenance done to keep the new unit working efficiently and properly!!!
Had Shawn out to get a professional opinion on our unit. Cut right to the chase. Our unit was original and had black mold in unit and duct work showing us all potential hazards. Left decision with us with no pressure. Gave us excellent advice and professional service. We truly enjoyed the install process and professional staff. They cleaned up the mess and removed all the debris. Gone from our house In 3 hours. 10++
I've never been one to post reviews, but the Superior team is awesome and deserves to be commended for providing truly excellent service.
We had our A/C system replaced earlier this week. Wow!...the installers were great! Joe and Derek were professional, polite and considerate. And most important of all, they're clearly highly skilled and meticulous. I've had several A/C systems installed over the years, and these guys are the best I've seen.
Oh, and I must also mention that we got a top of the line system for a great price. Eli came out and performed a thorough inspection, assessed our needs and gave us an honest recommendation for the system that would best suit our needs. For once, I'm happy to report that we feel as if we actually got MORE than we paid for!
It wasn't until I experienced 5 star service and professionalism that I realized what poor service I'd received elsewhere. For me, Superior has set the new standard of excellence.
