Shawn and Jim are excellent representatives for the company. Jim is always very knowledgeable and honest when he services our unit and Shawn did a great job explaining our situation with our old unit and recommending a new upgraded system. The 2 people who delivered and installed our new unit were very professional and efficient. It was up and running in a timely fashion and everything was cleaned up and it is working great! I would recommend Superior to anyone who needs service or a new AC/ heating unit!

I had an emergency A/C failure over a weekend. Eli and Chris came out on a Sunday, got me running temporarily until my 16 year old HVAC system could be replaced a few days later by teammate Ariel. Great customer service from all of them, explained everything all along the way. I felt very comfortable doing business with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, quality service and product experience!

Recently I came home to a hot oven late at night. I got on google and called a couple of a/c companies left messages. Next morning no one called back. I called superior Shawn and mark came out they were excellent got me temporary air. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I appreciated that. I believed they cared about my problem. Shawn told they they would send out another team to further test unit. (It was already late.) Jeff and Wyatt came out thoroughly checked everything and said I needed a heat kit and would call when it’s in. 4 different techs all were the same friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring about their customers. They earned my loyalty and I will tell anyone who has ac problems to call. Ladies in the office are very good to. Their name says it all SUPERIOR.

Quick response on a Friday night when our A/C stopped cooling. The technician called that evening and came by 1st thing Saturday morning. Solved the issue quickly and got us running and cooled down. The tech was very professional and walked me through everything he was doing. Purchasing a warranty/maintenance contract 2 years ago was one of the best choices I’ve made. No charge! I would give 5 1/2 stars if I could!!! On Sunday we woke up to our home being 81° at 7:30 AM. I contacted the after-hours number and gave them our information. I wasn’t expecting to hear from anyone until mid-day, was I surprised. Not only did Shawn Paradise contact me within 45 minutes, but he was at our home within 2 1/2 hours!
He did a through inspection of our 8 1/2 yr old unit, and found that the blower and compressor were bad. Also, we had mold in our unit! He took pictures, and showed us all that was wrong. Sat down with me and my mom to explain everything, give us his recommendations, and go for get our options.
Our new, American Made, Rheem unit will be installed 2 days after our old unit went out on us.
I cannot thank Shawn enough for going over everything with us, and making sure the my mom and I felt comfortable about our decision, being respectful, and very professional. We will be requesting Shawn Paradise for all of our future maintenance needs.

Shawn came out to look at AC failure( compressor shot) as part of yearly maintenance agreement. Provided the options Superior had to offer. Decided to replace aging AC. Initial install was in 3 days, but he advocated for me and got an install the next day. Outstanding!
