I called on Friday evening expecting to wait until Monday for a service call since we were not customers of Superior. The temperature in house was up to 90 but did not expect to receive an emergency call since we weren't established clients.
Imagine my pleasure when Shawn and Jimmy were at my door at 8:00 to repair our aging system. They quoted a new system lower than any quote I have received from several other companies. Installation is scheduled in a few days. I will update review after install but if all goes as smooth as this evening, I will be a very happy customer.
Installation: 2 gentlemen arrived about 8 this morning and have worked steadily since. Their work areas (inside and out) are clean and neat. All garbage has been placed on their truck. They answered all my questions and left everything clean. I am very pleased with everything. Thank you!

Shawn was very professional and to the point. Our AC unit is older and he by no means forced me to make a decision to rush and buy a new one. In fact he told me right out it could last but because it was so old they couldn't service it. We knew we were going to replace it within the next couple years so decided to go ahead and do so now. He came out on Wednesday and we will have the new unit installed on Friday. I will follow up on this review once all is said and done but wanted to shout out to Shawn for now!!

We've been customers with Superior Heating and Cooling for over five years, and have always received outstanding service. Recently our A/C unit went out (ON A SUNDAY OF COURSE!!). Made a call to Superior and within a couple of hours Shawn and Jim showed up and had us up and running within a few minutes. Unfortunately for us, the unit was on its last legs, which we've known about for awhile. Shawn and Jim carefully explained all our options and worked with us to get the best value for price on a new unit. Even received some "perks" for being long time customers. Two days later we had a new system, and couldn't be more pleased. The installing techicians, Andrew and Josh, were simply awesome--two of the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable techs we've experienced. They kept us informed every step of the way, and carefully explained everything we needed to know about our new system. Big kudos to Superior personnel! I think we'll be with them for a long time!!!

We have been so pleased with this company. They installed our unit 5 years ago and they come out yearly to do maintainance. Very polite, no upsale pressure, competent. Would recommend to my neighbors and family and you.

I've been a customer of Superior for many years and have never had a problem that they couldn't fix. I had a problem the other day. Shawn and Jimmy arrived that same day. Shawn took the time to explain what the problem was and what would be done to fix it. Shawn is such a friendly and knowledgeable person. I could tell that Jimmy was experienced at what he was doing. I've heard so many great things about Superior. They have a customer for life!!

Poor customer service. We purchased a new A/C system from Superior based on a very positive recommendation and the promise that if we had any issues we would go to the top of the service priority list. Nothing could be further from the truth. After only 2 months our system failed and after 2+ days of false promises we are still waiting for a tech to look at our system. Superior does not provide after hours service and for the 2 days they blew off our our appointment. Called today at "4:00" and got their answering service, so basically they don't even keep regular business hours and no call back was received.

We had our System serviced to day - Trey was our Service guy. Was so amazing. Went over the system with me, was very patient with all my questions as this is new to us. He made all the recommendations to us. We signed up for a maintenance plan and we do not regret it. This is a company that knows their stuff and is trust worthy. Trey is a huge asset to the company! - Well Done
