Brian was great. He came out on a Saturday afternoon and completed the repair. He was polite and professional and was very helpful. I called him because of all the great reviews he had here and wanted to give him another. I will always call him for any future services needed. Thanks.

My regular AC guy was a no show for a couple of days after my AC died. I then tried Joe Cool who tried to pre qualify me for expensive services by asking me if I was the home owner and I advised them it was a simple fix and I would be paying cash. The 90 bucks to come see it wasn't a problem for me either as it's the norm for a service call. Then after that I called Brian after reading some reviews on Google as many mentioned his name specifically rather then just "The Tech". I prefer the smaller business's being one myself. I got Brian on the phone interviewed me about the problem and was at my door 45 minutes later and fixed the issue. Brian struck me as a professional as he was well presented, well spoken, and not over selling me the service. Some guys make it sound like wizardry but AC units are not really that complicated mechanically if you have been trained properly. Not the cheapest service call I've ever had but it was within industry norms. I even bought the maintenance plan for the two visits per year. Something I never do. But maybe it will keep my unit from shorting out again after sitting a while. It's done this 3 times in 7 years. Aire Serve is my 3rd AC company I've needed in 54 years of living. As of right now I have no regrets with Brian's performance. I'll use him again in the future. Bill Liles

I called for service this morning and shortly after my call, Brian was here. He spent almost all day diagnosing the problem, getting the part and fixing the problem. He did all of this with a smile, explainjng every step. Our experience was wonderful and I would definitely call them again if I needed to.

WOW I called and within an hour Brian came out and repaired my AC. Always professional, always on time. He explained what happened and fixed it quickly. Would highly recommend this company!!!

Aire Serv is a great company. Brian is knowledgeable and thorough, and really goes the extra mile to help his customers when it really counts. He maintains and repairs our system (originally installed by a different company), and has rescued us from several problems caused by the previous company. I wouldn't use anyone else. When this system dies, he will put in a new one for us. He does it right and he knows his business.

The contractor i got is Brian and hes awesome! Very quick got here ASAP to fix the problem and didn't charge me the first time he came out just to look at it! Going to use him for every air problem i have in the future!

My AC went out on a weekend, and Brian was able to come and fix the issue and save the day. He installed a new drain pipe and quickly fixed the problem. If you need the best AC service, better call Brian!

Brian came out to help with 2 of my AC units and he showed up when he said he would, was really knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed with him and the service I received.

Brian has replaced 2 a/c units, done repairs on old ones, added vents and done some cosmetic adjustments for me. Each transaction has been done timely and was affordable.
