Got home on a Sunday afternoon to find my AC was not working. Called Aire Serv and Brian was at my house within the hour. I was cool about an hour after that. Brian had to come back another day to check the unit outside since it was storming. He kept in contact with me and worked with my schedule to complete the work. He even took the time to adjust my thermostat which had been slightly hanging off the wall. I was impressed and signed up with his plan for the year.

Brian was very efficient and courteous even though the instructions of what was needed got confused between the buyer, the realtor and the owner he stayed calm and did the job well and quickly. Called Brian said be there 45 to 1 hour and he was he found the problem and fixed it. Very polite always smiling knows what he's doing. My husband and i are always satisfied with the work that is done. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs work down. Great company Great Employee
