Adam was great! Ac wasn’t able to keep our house cool. He came out on the same day I called and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He explained the common issues I might see in my unit at the age it is and told me what he was fixing. Best service out there.

First time customer of Harrison Hardy and am extremely pleased with them. Karen took my call at 8 am Monday morning and was most courteous and pleasant. I explained to her how my ac was on the fritz and out the weekend she took my info and scheduled Chris to come between 1-3. Sure enough Chris was at my place before 3. After a very brief explanation of how the ac was out he went right to work within 45 minutes he was done and I had cold air again. Chris replaced the fan start capacitor. He also explained how he would have been done even faster if my unit didn't have a replacement blower and it wasn't a direct replacement and was wired to not have on functionality only auto. Chris was extremely friendly and courteous and explained his work and the charges (109 service charge and 65 for the capacitor) very pleased. I asked for an estimate on a new 3.5 ton all in one which is what I have now. Looking forward to that. Thank you Karen and Chris

The customer service 10/10. They were considerate of times that fit my schedule. Respectful and understanding also knowledgeable from first call to end of service. Reasonable priced for a older system maintenance. I personally recommend this company. Bonus points for the gentleman for being sweet to my furbabies.

I had a new ac and ductwork installed by another company 3 years ago and have had constant problems and an inability to keep my house cool. Rob came out last week and found an installation error that caused all my refrigerant to leak out. He repaired the botched install, recharged the refrigerant, and adjusted the fan and it is now working better than the day it was installed. I’ve been through a few hvac companies trying to solve this problem but I’ll be using Harrison Hardy exclusively from now on. I couldn’t be happier, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. My a/c went out on Friday afternoon. I called Harrison Hardy and a technician was here within an hour. Adam assessed the situation, had the drain cleaned and my
a/c running in 45 minutes. Adam was polite and professional. He even shared some tips to avoid the same thing from happening again.
