We tried to use our home warranty for an AC repair and the OTHER company they sent out was about the worst I've experienced. They wouldn't come same day and on their first visit misdiagnosed the problem, leaving us with a broken AC again one week later. They said they didn't have the part and when we found it, they still wouldn't come out for days to repair it. It was 93 in Florida and about 90% humidity so going for 2 or 3 days without AC is brutal.

I asked our neighbor who they use and they said Harrison Hardy. I called them around 5pm the day the other AC repair guy said it would take days to get the part and fix it. We had already been without AC for two days at this point. Harrison Hardy said they could come out that night, even though it was after hours. The technician showed up at 8pm and fixed the problem for a very fair price.

We were so happy to have gotten the recommendation for Harrison Hardy. They actually care about their customers and did their best to ensure we got our air back. It probably wasn't convenient for them to help us, especially as new customers. That's the highest level of customer service and was very much appreciated!

My 19 yr old a/c died, so I started shopping. Out of 6 different estimates I received, Harrison have me a great price right from the beginning. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I agreed to his estimate. The next day two of his crew came to my house to install some portable a/c units while I waited for my installation to be completed. They said they'd be here that Friday at 8 AM, and exactly at 8 they were here. They installed the new heat pump, copper pipe, wiring, etc. and were done that afternoon. They were very professional, respectful and neat. They cleaned up everywhere after they finished. I couldn't be happier with Harrison Hardy and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of an a/c company in Tampa Bay.

Robert was the consummate professional. He emailed me the window of when he would be arriving. He was even a little early. I explained my problem and he had it fixed within 30 to 35 minutes.
