RDK Air conditioning and heating LLC

We noticed our A/C wasn’t cooling correctly later in the evening. Most places were closed or didn’t offer after hours service, but we found RDK, and I’m SO glad we called them. We called around 8:10pm and got the answering machine that said to leave a message and that they’d call back within 15 min. They called back in 4 minutes!! And they sent a tech out within an hour! I was amazed. Corey was our technician, and he was awesome. He identified the problem, fixed it for the night, and came back the next day with a new part and installed it beautifully. He was very polite, kind, and did a perfect job. My fiancé and I were very impressed by Corey. We will never call any other A/C company again, and we will be signing up for their routine maintenance. I’ve been an RDK a/c customer for a few years now. Their a/c techs are always professional, proficient and want to keep the customer happy. RDK is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in all my years. Front office very helpful and professional and the install guys were beyond excellent. I wish I could have found this company years ago to avoid the various headaches I have gone through with other A/C contractors.

I had multiple quotes for AC repair, and RDK was the company I went with because I felt they were not taking advantage of my situation. Nada at the office was responsive and very helpful, and Corry did an excellent job. I can also say that they stand behind their work. I have used this company for 9 years and running and have found them to be the most honest and reliable around. Corey just saved the day on Mother's Day weekend (biggest weekend of the year) for my ice cream store and got my walk in cooler back up in running before I lost all my product. This company is top notch- super customer service and quick response time. My air-conditioning system broke on the weekend. With a five year old son, I could not afford to wait for a technician until Monday (as it was uncomfortably hot in the house). I contacted several different companies before RDK, and no one would respond after hours on the weekend.
I am so thankful that RDK responded quickly and sent a technician out within a couple hours. The office staff were also already working on giving me a quick quote and ordering parts. Everyone was very kind and saved the day! I will also be signing up for their platinum maintenance program, and look forward to continue working with them.
