RDK Air conditioning and heating LLC

on December 7,2020 I asked technician from RDK to come and check my heater in Town apartment unit. Heat was not working. After two hours young man came to my unite and looks like he did not know what to do. Start to read manual, than called to his boss. Some how he fixed a problem. He asked to pay him $ 239.00 and he promised to come again to replace a part for an additional price. He promised to send me also an invoice of work he have done I signed in his I-Pad and receipt to my E-mail , but did not do it . According to RDK maintenance check up is $ 70.00 and service call $ 95.00 . After few hours later my heater stopped to work.
What is going on ?

on December 9, 2020 another technician came to my apartment and did the same things - was reading information on a panel of a Heater , 4 times went to his car bake and force , wasted time and did nothing.
Nothing fixed. Looks like he also did not know his job well. Very unprofessional. Bad company - bad service.
I think we need to find a better company.

They have been working on my preschool AC units and I can say they provide the highest quality work. They are competitively priced and very affordable. They are always on time. I highly recommend them to all my family, friends, and neighbors. Keep up the good work!

Always prompt service, they never miss a scheduled appointment. Techs are very respectful of your home and are willing to explain some of the homeowners responsibilities. All in all I would give them a “10”star review, but I am limited to just 5!!!.

Cory came exactly on time, and was very helpful. Examined the unit, made adjustments, explained everything clearly, and resolved the issue quickly! High praise!

On March 9th, RDK technician Ken Higginbotham performed the semi-annual preventive maintenance on our HVAC system as part of RDK's Comfort Club Platinum maintenance service plan we have with them. I continue to be very impressed with Ken's knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ken remembered small details from his last preventive maintenance that was more than six months ago. While performing the preventive maintenance process, Ken took his time to check each system component to ensure it was operating properly. He inspected and thoroughly cleaned the HVAC coils. Ken's work ethics will ensure my HVAC system will continue to operate at peak efficiency and for the long term. I believe Ken is a great asset and reflects RDK's reputation as a reliable and professional A/C and heating service company. Let me further add that Dawn Harris is just as professional in her role as Office Administrator for RDK. My wife says she is always so polite and a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend RDK Air Conditioning and Heating for all of you HVAC needs!

WOW !!!! Great company, great service, great overall experience. Woke up this morning to the nasty burning smell in our condo(A/C WENT OUT AND WIRING BURNED-), called RDK , they were at my door few hours later, found the problem ... immediately fixed it !! My wife, my son and I are very thanful for your great service ! Will recommend RDK to EVERYONE !!!!!! Call them up , you will not regret !!!

So glad I met the owners and had their contact info for a moment of despair. I called the office and Dajana was able to send out a tech within 35min, yes that quick! The tech was very thorough and professional, and the following morning our unit was operating perfectly. Thanks Ranko, Dajana and RDK team! I won't be calling anyone else for my AC needs!

Just used RDK for the first time , and we couldn't be happier. Charlie was here right on time and fixed out problem like a true pro. He walked me through the process step by step, never excluding me from any important information. We will always use RDK from now on. Highly recommended .A++++++++++

RDK is an excellent professional company. They are thorough and honest and very hard working. You have found the right company! We would hire them again and again! You will be very impressed!

I must say that this company is very honest. They could have taken my repair and tripled the amount for service, but instead they fixed it as economically as could be. When they were held up an additional 15 minutes from the time they said they would arrive, they were on the phone calling to tell me. Thanks guys for being a small business with integrity.
