Absolutely amazing service - Guardian saved the day on the weekend and had us up, running, and cool in no time! They are supremely professional and knowledgeable, and I love that this is a locally owned and operated company. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Jeff Croft, owner, was professional. Techs Phil and Chuck also professional. Floor coverings were placed and closet where AC is housed was spotless after they finished. Very happy with work performed. Would definitely recommend.

I checked with several AC companies and after looking at reviews and talking to each contractor I chose Guardian. Jeff and his employees are very professional and service oriented. I needed it replaced as soon as possible and wow, they came back the next working day and within 6 hours had me a new AC unit. Definitely would look no further then Guardian.

Jeff did the assessment of the systems of two family homes and discussed everything with my family. He answered all questions and was very patient. He gave us quotes and explained all very thoroughly to make sure we understood. The pricing was better than with a comparable product on our other quote. Jeff was always professional, respectful and pleasant.

Jeff and Daniel were amazing. They were very professional and helped us get our AC system cleaned out, working properly and helped us with controlling our indoor humidity levels. They even followed up a week after to make sure everything was working ok. Would 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

I needed a new AC plus new ductwork and had issues with high-humidity. The home was not my primary residence, I was out of state, so everything from purchase to install was done via phone and texts. Jeff had to fit the new unit in a fairly tight space and suggested lots of solutions for the home that worked out great for my situation for less money than other competitive bids. Throughout the job, Jeff kept me in the loop with updates and pics. I found Guardian to be very transparent, easy to work with, trustworthy and someone that wanted to get the job done correctly. I am extremely pleased with the product and service I received and feel fortunate I have someone I can call that I trust for any future maintenance needs.
