I’m so glad I took the recommendations of others here in Safety Harbor and gave Harrison Hardy a try. I called for seasonal maintenance. The technician was right on time, listened to my concerns, and did a thorough job. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a business transaction.

Small company where you still get quality service and honesty at a fair price. They are now my "go to" HVAC people. Problem with my previous good repairman was that there was only 1 of him and he was always busy and no such thing as a fit-in emergency. Here, there are 3 or 4 people and somehow emergencies are given priority. They are tech equipped and impressively professional. When our repair was done, I felt like our serviceman was a friend that had come to help us.

This company was hired to fix my unit. I waited a week for the part & was told it arrived and we were scheduled for installation. I was called & told it was fixed. The next time someone went into the unit it was not fixed. I called & was told the part was never installed because it started working on it own. They came back out and said the same part needed ordered. I asked for the part to be overnighted since it was their error in not installing it or communicating anything to me. They then quit & said they can’t perform the job. Horrible & unprofessional. DO NOT USE.

Robert came over promptly and was very friendly. He was transparent with what he was doing and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to prolong the life of my A/C system.

Harrison Hardy Inc is a great company! I have used them for a complete new AC system, repair work and maintenance. They have never disappointed and they have always provided same day or next day service. I highly recommend them.

Have used Harrison Hardy Inc. since I purchased my home five years ago. Have had duct replacement and regular maintenance over those years. Am preparing to have my 15 year old unit replaced. Harrison and Rob especially are both very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Anne Malone
