I contacted another company for service who never returned my call, so I researched additional companies because I didn't just want to go with someone just because of their TV commercials. I really liked Aire Serv's website because they seemed to really care about providing good service to consumers. They returned my call very quickly and had someone in route right away. The tech, Brian, was so polite, professional and kind, diagnosed the problem with my AC right away, and had it fixed so quickly I almost couldn't believe it! I was enjoying cool air again in no time! I was so impressed with him, that I signed up for a regular maintenance plan too! He made my world right again! I'm sure his company is proud to have him on the team! Thank you for providing exceptional 5 Star service, and I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone I know who needs service with their AC!

A varmit got into my air handler in my attic and got electrocuted died and stank. Brian came out retrieved the varmit and disinfected the area. In addition, he did an awesome job of repairing damaged duct lines and a provided a detailed inspection of the system along with photos and recommendations. No hard sell. I worked with several companies in this business and I have to say Aire Sev and Brian are the best. Punctual polite and courteous. If you need HVAC or duct work of course any kind, this is your go to guy. You can take that to the bank!

Two days before my buyer's home inspection, my heat and AC decides to die. Brian Anderson came out immediately after calling and diagnosed the problem and the very next day had the parts and everything was repaired and resolved in time so the buyer's would not face this unexpected issue.
