I had an electrical emergency. What looked to be a fire in my electrical panel but I was informed was a spark (which could have very well turned into a fire) I called in a panic and right away they scheduled someone on the very first business day. Riley and Bobby came out and did a spectacular job in 2 days time. I'm very grateful to this company in their ability to schedule me in quickly. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to others. I had no problems with them at all and appreciate the work and effort they put into the job. Also, the owners called to reassure me on the estimated price because I'm experiencing hardships right now and was worried about possible increases or surprises. Thankfully that wasn't the case. Thank you Comfort All Stars. Much appreciated. Also their customer service is extremely helpful. Stephanie was an incredible help.

Spencer has been servicing my unit for awhile now so this review is long overdue! He is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. He wants to help me understand my system and teaches me how to properly care for it. I trust him 100% and request him every time. Thank you for everything, Spencer! You’re the best!

My wife and I had Comfort All-Stars recommended to us from some of close friends and I am so happy we went with them. Professional and quick to respond. They answered all my questions and even when a few challenges presented itself Jack and his team were quick to resolve it. The team here has extensive knowledge and provided a few options for my ducts to be replaced with some decent financing options that fit within my budget. I will be calling them again for any future services and to whomever is reading this, you should call them too.

I called for service around 4 p.m., last Saturday. I got voicemail and didn't expect to hear back until Monday. To my absolute delight, I got a call back within 15 or 20 minutes, and Marcus was at my door to service my air conditioning unit within an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was working again before he left. I have had nothing but great service from Comfort All Stars, we purchased our unit from them and we use them for Servicing. Highly recommend Marcus and the rest of the staff.

On 4/22 Travis arrived promptly for an appointment to maintenance our A/C unit. This is the first time we have used his company. We were incredibly pleased with all of his service including his politeness, honesty, thoroughness and ability to not only perform his work quickly and efficiently but to also answer all our questions with easy to understand explanations. He made sure that we were happy with his work and provided a way for us to contact him with any future issues. This is a company that wants to build relationships and make you feel like family! We are very pleased and highly recommend them and their tech Travis!

What a deal for HVAC Maintenance at $38! Lexi, the dispatcher was very polite and energetic in setting up my appointment. Upon the day of my appointment, I received a text notification that the technician was on his way. To my surprise this was more than just a text. It included a picture of the technician, Travis, and gave a small snippet about his time with the company, and what he does on his off time. I realize I was dealing not only with an AC company, but a company that definitely values their employees. Travis was on time and very professional. He introduced himself and his apprentice Richard. Travis gave me a rundown on what was going to be done with my AC. I work from home and was listening to the way Travis was teaching Richard on how to service the AC unit in great detail. What better way to learn then hands-on training. When the work was complete, Travis explained what was done and gave suggestions on the unit for the future. I highly recommend Comfort All Stars for all of your AC needs.

I was so happy and impressed with Comfort All-Stars, especially Emery and Tyler, who put together our new HVAC system. They were knowledgeable of the product and were extremely professional the whole time they were here. Very happy to get to know them.

We bought a new house and the old HVAC system was on it's last legs. We met Comfort All-Stars at a home show a few months ago and gave them a call. They are thorough, detailed and fair. This company was top notch from the first contact when I called them. They were responsive, detailed and updated me along way with text alerts and emails for scheduling. I’m super busy so the reminders were much appreciated. Day of my service Spencer reached out with an ETA as well. Spencer was extremely professional and informative. I recommend them to anyone needing hvac services and will be using them anytime I have a need!

First off I like the values and ethics of this company. I can’t say enough good things about their operations and employees, from the time I called for an appointment to when the technician arrived I was kept informed of everything. Today Spencer was our service technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable and capable. He shared pictures and reviewed his recommendations and even took time to address a couple of items when he was here. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

My technician was Spencer he was on time, and the most respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful service man I had ever had in my home. In fact I had to call the company the next day to let them know that this man was a credit to they’re company and should be recognized for his excellent service.
