Most unprofessional company iv EVER DELT WITH!! Had our blower motor go out for the second time with a brand new system bought in 2015. Called for an emergency service call last night at 6:43pm. Seeing as we are under contract we would get BETTER SERVICE. Thought Wrong! Dude calls back and says I'm still on my normal route not sure if I'll be able to get there could be tomorrow. So I call back to see if they have more then 1 person that is working. After not hearing anything I called back 4 times to see if the guy was going to show up. The last call being 11:30pm! Waited around intill midnight and i finally said I'm going to bed!! The next morning a lady calls and said the guy will be there between 10-2 and I'm making sure he calls 30mins before he comes!. Guess what he didn't do? Yup just showed up... If I knew that the company was never going to show up last night I would of called someone else!! Why would you want to be under contract with a company if they are not going to make you there main priority! I'm going to tell EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE AND UNRELIABILITY!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Time for our fall AC checkup. Patrick arrived promptly within the time window I had been given. He was polite and was very good with our dogs, we have 6 Chihuahuas and they are always a problem whenever we have repair people coming to the house found out he has 3 dogs so nothing new here. He went right to work on our system and found mold in it UGH! He explained our options without any pressure to purchase the Platinum Carbon Air Purifier to kill bacteria that could get into our system and cause mold, but we decided to purchase as I have COPD. Patrick got right to doing the installation and was soon finished. I don't know where Superior finds these people that work for and represent them, but they do a fine job doing it. Great people!

My 84 year old mom and I got an estimate for $8300 for a new unit. Got two subsequent estimates for minor duct repair that ended up costing less than $1600. My mom has been a return customer for years and had a maintenance plan. I cannot believe this is how they treat their existing customers. The rep, I think his name was Chris, was condescending and rude and now we can add dishonest to his description too.

First in for most, I just want to say I rarely leave reviews. However, I must emphasize the outstanding customer service, professionalism and sense of urgency that superior air conditioning provided. I had a lightning strike which caused a minor electrical fire, the very next day superior installed a brand new unit, removed my unit, And held it for inspection by the insurance company. From start to finish I wish I could give it 10 stars. Thanks to all at superior air conditioning

Last week was the second yearly maintenance for my air conditioner. The company called to remind me and gave me a time that Mark L would arrive. Mark was punctual, personable, and thorough. He offered and explained suggestions that would increase the efficiency of my unit.

I I have been with Superior for 5 years and have been very satisfied with the service I have received. I'd give them and Mark 5 stars.

Bella's Toy Box of FUN

We had Trey come out as our AC wasn't blowing out cold. Called in the a.m. and he was here by 3:30. He knew we had a sick baby that doesn't have an immune system to fight off bacteria and fungus. I had him go thru the back since our floors are sanitized. He got us up and running in 30min. Our system needs to be completely replaced as it's 15yo, but being tenants it's up to the landlord. Upon talking about my son's rare condition he mentioned the UV ray light that kills all spores that fly around the house. He never tried to upsell us or anything. Simply a nice guy from Kentuky. He gave us his personal cell and a pamplet if we wanted more information about the light. After immediately going to the website, doing some research, and asking about it with his Dr, it was a done deal we needed to have it. Called his cell the next day and on his day off he came in and installed it. He went thru the back and even took off his shoes and had clean socks on not to bring in spores from his shoes. He went out of his way to protect our child without even being asked. Maybe our AC going out was a blessing in disgues because the light can help save our sons life. Can't recommend this company more. After rereading my review I feel like a sales person, lol, but I just truly feel blessed.

Trey was the tech who came out to repair the A/C unit. He did what he had to get us heat on the cold days we had recently. Trey completed the job in a very timly manner. He made sure the thermostat was operating properly. He even checked the A/C unit and told us to get the maintenance guys out to clean the whole unit. I called and scheduled them for this week. Very Good Job, Trey.

We have had superior heating and cooling for about 8 years. They expertly maintained our older AC system and we had a new system installed this summer. We could not be happier! Service technician Don is honest and professional.
The office has always been responsive and helpful with scheduling and any concerns. Prices are fair.
We highly recommended Superior!
