Received a "cold call" asking if we wanted our AC serviced. My husband said yes. The man said they would oil the fan, clean the AC, etc., for $35. My husband asked him TWICE if the price was $35 and was assured it was. When the guys showed up, Shawn was "incredulous" at the $35 price and said "Do you think I'd come all the way here ...for $35?" Come to find out, we saw the company ad in our Mainlands Directory and lo and behold, in their ad they state in black and white: "*SPECIAL - A/C Clean and tune $35" After refusing to honor the $35 price given, Shawn tried to sell a brand new system...and he became quite snarky when we refused. But they lost all credibility in the first five minutes by denying the $35 cleaning - dishonest from the getgo. (they also showed up over an hour EARLY for the appointment)

Excellent quality service and equipment and the entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and get the job done. Jim is my regular service person and he is fabulous. The 2 installers today were fast thorough and enjoyable to speak with. Superior is a fine group of hard working people that treat their customers with respect and kindness!

I requested maintenance service and was able to get an appointment the next day. Trey Johnson was the technician, and he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained everything that he found with my 24-year old AC and showed me pictures of the unit/wiring as well. I ended up purchasing a new unit, and Trey was great in getting that approved and an install appt setup quickly as well. All around great experience! Thank you Trey!

My tech Shawn was very professional. He showed up on time and did a thorough job checking my system. I didn’t have to wait forever for an appointment either. I also purchased a service plan (very reasonable) to keep my system running in tip top shape. I’d highly recommend 🙂

Very pleased with Superior Heating and Cooling. Our AC broke and Shawn and Jimmy came out that day to assess the problem. Unfortunately we needed a new system but they were able to get the current one working and within a week had a new system installed. The installation team was very friendly and efficient. Shawn and Jimmy have been very quick to return text/phone calls and are easy to work with and knowledgeable in their profession. We signed up for the maintenance program and have no doubt that we will continue to be happy with the service provided by Superior Heating and Cooling

I've been using Superior for well over 10 years. They kept my old unit running for as long as possible, then installed a new system for me about 6 years ago. They have been responsive and fair with the things that have come up to deal with. Jimmy is always friendly and informative, and I feel like he tries to do what is best for me. Met Shawn during this year's maintenance visit, and he was great too. I highly recommend them!
