Unbelievably good service. I had a straight cool system with gas furnace installed. They went up into the attic, sealed all the ductwork, insured proper airflow and made sure the system was functionally optimally. The installers were clearly highly experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. The new wiring job vs the old install job was night and day. The owner even called me beforehand to let me know an item got damaged during shipping and he was having it replaced. He demonstrated true concern towards my satisfaction.

Bought a brand new heat pump from them had nothing but problems from day 1 removed a 30 year old working heat pump install a brand new one and leave when it's not working correctly wife calls them they said give it 24 hours lol i called them send technician out to find out they didnt program tstat he apologized. Never finished install on unit till about 10 months after install they put a sticker on unit says 7 day aweek 24 hour emergency service not the case had a leak in system do to manufacturer defect copper tubing rubbing together wore a hole created a leak not a happy camper they did come out and repaired unit next day I went to school for Hvacr in 1991 tci windsor locks ct
I have never seen a repair Done on a hole in copper tubing where you just solder the hole in pipe 🤔 I I was taught to repair the pipe with a coupling not just fill in the hole with solder seams like a unprofessional way to repair a 10 month old unit

During the recent cold snap (Dec 2022), they(Superior Heating and Cooling) responded to my call for service in a timely manner. Unfortunately my old HVAC unit required more to repair than it was worth, so I did purchase a new unit. The new unit was installed when it was promised. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up all their debris and put the access points to the heating/cooling system back in order. They did a very good job.

This is unit was purchased 12/19. It has been maintained regularly. Had an issue this morning with with it not getting warm Told the girl we could wait until Monday Our salesman Shawn and Trey showed up at the house and checked the unit out. Will be sending someone out the first of the week to check out the ductwork and make any and all repairs. Shawn has been great to work with and we are to call him anytime we need something. Thanks Shawn for taking care of our unit.

Needed a new ac unit and heat pump and the work was done fast and professional. Shaun ,Joe and Derrick did a fantastic job , would recommend them.

Mark was very kind and thorough when checking my AC unit. His honesty and integrity makes me want to do business with him in the future.

The service manager was very unprofessional. I had honest questions and concerns of their overall process. His response to my requests were not in line for what’s best for the company nor for the customer. I was told if “ I didn’t like the way they do business, that I could go somewhere else”. Instead of working together to find a solution to my concerns, he took the easy way out by cancelling my appointment. I hope this review makes it back to the owner. I can only imagine this is not the first customer you have lost due to bad customer service.

My wheelchair bound neighbor had this company install a new unit and duct tubing 18 months ago. He was complaining about heat and AC only coming out one side of his home. Superior came out, gave him an estimate of $1800 to replace his 18 month old duct work, as animals had shredded one of the heating and AC ducts. My neighbor had a much more reputable company come out. Ducts were perfect, but one side had never been secured properly and came off the main unit.
Be very leery of this company as they are thieves.

Also cleaned unit & installed a platinum air purifier with self cleaning carbon filters. Thank you Shaun & Jeff for a complete job. They were very nice & helpful especially trying to understand all this.
