This company did not do an AC for me, but for a good friend. They showed up to put in the ac and said they replace the duct never replaced we found out because we felt cold air coming up threw our back porch I crawed under the house and the old duct was tore off the collar. So now it's been over a month she was told they were coming 5 different times by jaun no call or no show all 5 times. They been paid in full. So I hope who ever reads this takes care of this and not take advantage of our elderly.

Superior H/C was recommended by a neighbor as being their "go to HVAC co." I can say, I second that! Complete professionalism throughout the process from scheduling my service call to the final billing. These guys are great! Mark the service tech showed up when expected and delivered detailed service and laid out all my options with a great personality and knowledge of my system.
It became necessary to replace my worn out system and Mark provided me with all the logistical data and the install was to be the very next day.
Ariel and Paxton arrived on time and moved swiftly to remove the old system and install the new one. It was a pleasure to watch these young men work as a team and effieciently carry out the task. I'm very pleased with Superior and will recommend them.
These men are well qualified and good ambassadors for the company

I was a customer for many years, but for 2 years I had to argue with management that my heating was not working. Eli only wanted to upsell me a bigger heat coil. Eli refused to feel air coming from vents. They sent many professionals out but each would mess up something else. It was the installers to figure out the whole time was a couple of burnt out wires going to the inside thermostat. Eli is untrustworthy. The women taking calls told me that my business is a nuisance to them. And don't trust Eli's brother Mike either.

Shawn came today for our yearly service. He checked our system, We were having problems with efficiently and high electric bills. Our unit was just about shot, he explained how it all worked in a professional manner. He gave us an excellent deal on a new unit, with 5 yr service +. Very down to earth guy. Thanks again, Shawn!

Shawn came out, on time. Professional, informative, offered us several options to maintain our system, which keeps yout warranty in force. Explained everything he did, welcomed us to the area, pointed out the main focus and what to look/watch for with our system. Would not hesitate to use/reccomend them.

Superior Heating and Cooling was a very easy and professional company to work with. Don is my main contact for them and is great to talk to and figure out what is going on. They went ahead and installed a brand new air conditioning system and did so within a day. I'm very happy with the install and the pricing was competitive! The air conditioning is blowing harder and colder than ever before. I'm also excited that with the new system my electric costs should go way down. Thanks again, will continue to use these guys for all my AC needs.

I called Superior heating and cooling when my ac was not working. I told them that I had removed a non working dehumidifier control from the wall and said that I may have caused the ac not to work. The repair man said no, I needed a new thermostat line. The cost of the new line was $695, but if I paid $820, it would include a 5 year repair contract. I agreed and paid thinking that he would proceed with the work. No, he told me it would be done in a day or so. The next day, I was told that they wouldn't come back for a full week. So I called the company that originally installed the unit who fix the wire (right in the thermostat) for $130. I have been waiting for over a week for a promised $700 refund for services not rendered.
