Not a happy camper!! After 4 service calls, 8 days of no AC, 3 different techs, they finally diagnosed the issue with our 2 YO unit...and SURPRISE!! THEY NEED TO ORDER A PRESSURE FLOW VALVE..did they expedite this?? NO...Did anyone call for a followup with any of these service calls?---NO...Did anyone call to tell us when they would be out to service?--NO---IN EVERY CASE, WE HAD TO CALL THEM...they were rude, less than helpful...and in the first service call, we were left with NO PAPERWORK, nor was this service call EVERY LOGGED WITH THE COMPANY....if I needed to replace a unit I would NOT USE SUPERIOR EVER...

Shawn was the service technician that came to my home to give me an estimate. He was on time, very professional and explained what could be done and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company for anyone's heating/cooling needs.

I've had a maintenance contract with this company for the last decade and each and every time I call with a unit issue they respond quickly and professionally. Shawn came out today with Jim and they compliment each other with their personality and professionalism. If you are looking for A/C , heating maintenance personnel/company then look no further.

I had been using Superior for my A/C and heat unit maintenance for the past 11 years and was satisfied with the experience. When our unit failed to work one day 2 weeks ago, I requested a service call. Shawn and Mark arrived later that day and repaired the unit, then sat down with my wife and me to discuss the unit’s condition. They gave us a complete overview of our current system and explained why it would be in our best interest to replace our A/C and heat unit. The price was lower than expected and worked with us to come up with a payment plan. At installation, watching Amos and Joshua performing the removal and placement of the new unit, all I could think was, “These guys are working on this as if it were their own home.” So far (one week in) everything is working as expected. Overall, Superior is just that…..SUPERIOR! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

We recently bought a mobile home and became snowbirds. We scheduled an A/C inspection with Superior as the unit was nearly 10 years old and the heat was provided by the original 1974 electric furnace. As fate would have it, the heat quit the morning the inspection was scheduled. When I went outside to check the unit, I discovered that the disconnect (attached to the outside wall of the trailer) was melted. Shawn arrived earlier than expected for the inspection and seemed genuinely concerned when I told him what happened. Due to the age of the furnace and the A/C unit, we decided to go with a whole new system. Shawn determined the appropriate A/C and heat unit for our needs at a very reasonable price and set up an install for the following day. The installers, Andrew and Josh, were very efficient and discovered several splices with various gauges of wire in the line from the service panel to the A/C unit which could only be seen while under the trailer. I'm extremely happy with the professionalism of Shawn, Andrew and Josh. They were all very respectful of our property even though it's a nearly 50 year old single-wide trailer. Heat and A/C are both working great so far.

We’ve been Superior Heat/AC customers for 14-15 years. We also have their management contract … and seriously, it is well worth the money! Tim takes cares of our twice a year maintenance and he is the BEST!
Four years ago we purchased a Nu-Tone AC unit from Superior. There was a problem a week ago with the house cooling down. They sent someone right out to access the problem. Even though there were some communication issues with the service department and getting the part ordered … one technician, Amos, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help keep our house cool while they waited on the part to arrive. Amos literally checked on us each day and came out to keep us ‘juiced up’ and with temporary cold air. Six days later he returned to replace the parts. He was professional and kind. He also cleaned up after he finished the job!
We finally have our AC back up and running! Thank you, Amos!! The owner, Michelle, was extremely nice and took the time to speak with me about our experience!

Shawn Paradise arrived promptly on time for my annual maintenance on my heat and air unit! Inspection was completed with no issues! Shawn is very professional, knowledgeable and has a delightful personality! He answered all of my questions and explained the inspection process! I purchased an extended maintenance warranty for additional 5 years and I also purchased a Platinum air purifier! Shawn is AWESOME & a sweetheart! He was checking a friend's AC unit just yesterday, and I asked if I could get scheduled for a tune up. It's been hot out, so I didn't expect to be scheduled right away. He checked my unit yesterday and was back today to clean out the bacterial growth and install an ultraviolet system to control the growth. They'll be out tomorrow to clean the ducts too! Great, friendly, professional, fast service!

Did a fantastic job taking care of our needs. Arrived from NY and found our AC wasn't working. Jeff was at the house in under 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and found a contractor had drilled a hole into the coil while doing some work. The unit had to be replaced, and Superior not only had it installed within days, but also provided us with portable AC units to use in the interim. Professional, courteous, and prompt, Superior truly lives up to their name!
