Terrible company! I live in the Wellington in Spring Hill. I used their service after purchasing a home in 2021. They came to my home and did a yearly maintenance, basically a filter change. They talked me into signing a 3 year contract which would provide me a new filter service for the next 2 years for 300+ dollars. When it came time to receive my maintenance service in 2022 they told me they couldn’t get filters because of Covid and they were on back order. I went on Amazon and I could and did order a new OEM filter in less than 3 days. When I went to replace my filter I had found out Superior had put a filter in my system too small and for a year all the dust and stuff that was suppose to be filtered out had been blowing into my home! The filter is an extra large filter good for a year on my unit. When I called the service supervisor, he became nasty with me. I was finally promised a full refund but that never came. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and open a case for which after waiting months I finally was refunded my money! What a terrible way to do business and what a terrible company. I wonder how many people who left 5 star reviews have the wrong filter or even a filter in their AC unit and don’t even know it. Terrible company!!!

Absolutely terrific! A very difficult job to replace an old system was professionally handled by the team of Andy and Josh. The job took two days to take out the old system and change the location of the floor set air handler to one that is suspended from the garage ceiling. This was very important in our one car garage. Another not to be named company said there was not enough space but Andy is a highly skilled and thinking man that analyzed the options and then planned it down to the inch for a placement that turned out beautiful. I just can't say thank you enough to these wonderful guys.

I highly recommend this company from the office staff and sales team to the installation it was just a great experience!

I met Shawn and Jimmy at a friend's house so they could perform maintenance on her system. They were professional, knowledgable, and helpful. In addition, they checked on and fixed a couple of other things without an extra charge. As a result, I signed up with them for a maintenance program for my own unit, and my friend will be using their company to install a system in an additional property she owns. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs AC services.

We have used Superior Heating & Cooling through 3 different homes. They are always prompt to return a call even after hours, weekends, or on holidays. They explain what happened, what my options are to remedy it, and always give us a fair estimate of cost with as many discounts as they can. If there are delays expected, they tell us. We’ve had Trey service our Central ACs and he is wonderful!! Always prompt, often even early, and polite and personable.

Superior service and very friendly staff. Shawn was very informative about all the services they provide. I signed a 5 year contract with them and I am happy I have them to call in case of an emergency. Trey was very professional when he came to install the ultraviolet light and came the same day.

Trey is very polite and told us exactly what would be done with the maintenance. We asked about other services and those were explained in detailed as well. We were offered the maintenance plan for four years, but were never pressured. We have time to think it over and our fee today can be applied towards that if we choose to go on a plan. We appreciate the no pressure and simple explanations. We like the plan that was offered and will most likely go with it... It was helpful to have time to think it over and compare costs over time. Thank you Trey!!!

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating at this company to get to you as fast as possible. Mark Ludwig is such a sweet and professional guy. Totally impressed by him today. They got a good one there! I’ll be requesting him for future appointments since I just bought a maintenance plan! Great service for sure!
