Alex was very professional, very polite, and very informative. He helped me understand the problems and the options, and was very quick and neat in doing the repair.

Air Zone checked and repaired A/C vents. They were timely and neatly dressed with a Air Zone uniform. The repairman was neat and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and especially the repairman who came.

We had HVAC duct work repaired as part the Duke Energy Neighborhood Energy Saver Program. Out-of-pocket cost was only $40 with Duke Energy absorbing the remainder. Air Zone service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Tim, our technician, was great. He checked everything and gave us a lot of information. Unfortunately, it stopped blowing cold air, but they are coming back today.

Kevin came out to inspect my ac unit and informed I essentially needed emergency service. They were available the next day to have services rendered and were very punctual and professional all around. I will most certainly be utilizing them in the future ☺️
