I had several companies come out to my commercial space for an issue I’ve been having for years. A few other companies I’ve called, would either no show me, turn down the job or never return my calls. Jeff at Airzone was a great Tech! He wasn’t rushed, he took his time making sure it was done correctly and didn’t leave until he knew everything was in perfect shape. He was professional, took lots of photos of the unit for me to share with my landlord and left the space clean and in working condition. I’m so relieved to finally be done with this issue and not be having to worry about cold air! Thanks guys!
First time using this company and will definitely use them again if needed. My AC went out and they came out the next day. My Service Technician was James and he fixed the AC in about 30 minutes. Great job and would recommend this company.
The repair guy came out he showed up on time. I explained to him the issue. He lacked in all communication. I asked many time what was wrong with the unit and got no answer back. Then he when up stair to check. Came back down with it fixed. Handing me a bill that was crazy. I had no chose but to pay it because he fixed it. The lack of communication was terrible. I didn't even get to see the broken part he fixed. If you use this company, ask for the price break down before they work on your unit.
Your service man did an excellent job. He took care of the pressure testing and informed me of the results. Next he went up in the attic to check the duct work for leaks he reported and showed me pictures of the duct work that was leaking. He then went back up to make the repairs. It was really HOT in the attic. He made the repairs Great service and very professional Thanks so much. This should help with my electric bills Bob Newman
I have been with Air Zone for almost 6 years after dealing with several incompetent companies. Air Zone has been there for me anytime I have needed them, which has been very few since they took over. They have been professional, on time, and courteous every time. I would recommend them to everyone.
Jim came by to see me on Saturday and was able to take photos and illustrate what was wrong with my a.c unit. He gave me solutions to address why my breaker continues to go off (pictures illustrated debris in my unit that needs to be flushed out in addition to other issues to fix) - although the bill is for a little under $600 - I am hopeful that this will resolve my a.c issues.
I felt like I received an honest assessment of the issue with my a/c and a reasonable quote for the repair (esp. compared to other companies that were called to address the same issue). Will definitely be using them for the repair.
We were schedule with them through Duke Energy Home check. They showed up on time, good communication of when they would arrive. Technician was very thorough, professional and communicative. They did multiple tests for duct leaks and even checked the gas appliance for carbon monoxide coming out. Showed me all the reading and explained everything thoroughly.
Jonathan was the tech who did my duct assessment and repair and I cannot speak highly enough about him. He was incredibly professional, kind, fair, and did great work. I could feel an immediate improvement in my A/C quality and I would welcome him back into my home anytime. He shared pictures of the damaged ducts in my attic as well as pictures of the repairs he made so I am absolutely assured all the necessary work was completed (I’m not going up there to check! I’m not so brave). Scheduling was easy as was the repair process. He even cleaned up the fluff and stuff from the damaged ducts that had slipped out of the attic. My mind is at ease now, thanks Jonathan (and AirZone)!
James serviced my AC today. He was very friendly and even threw in a few jokes. :) He gave me some tips on how i can deal with this issue of it happens again. I appreciate the great service.
