    I can’t say enough good things about Air Zone! They are ultra-responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Our AC went out on Monday night. I called AZ Tuesday morning. They had a tech out 3-hours later, diagnosed that my compressor was bad, scheduled an install for the next day, and in less than 24-hours we were back up with the new compressor installed. I strongly recommend AZ for service and value. The are second to none.

    Absolutely amazing experience every time we’ve used AirZone. Mike has been so professional and thorough every time we’ve had an issue (installing new thermometer system when our Nest nearly destroyed our A/C units). They are timely and if anything comes up, they have always kept us updated. Shaun is always professional and really cares about his customers. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

    This was a maintenance service that included cleaning and UV light replacement. The tech was quick and efficient, but very informative. Great service. I renewed my maintenance contract and will continue with the company. Highly recommended professional service.

    My AC stopped working..had seen ad and coupon in Gull Aire newsletter. Alex
    (Service tech) came out and diagnosed.
    Informed me that since I was a “super nice guy” they could do the repair (blower motor) for $1700 - 2200. I was heartbroken because obviously need AC but didn’t have that kind of money. He informed me that to order the part I would need to pay half upfront. I reluctantly used a credit card and he charged $875. As soon as he left I called a friend and he gave me contact information to get second opinion. Quickly learned I was getting scammed and called Aire Zone to explain “please cancel repair..just do not have the money right now” Immediately Alex called and explained he talked to his boss and could do the work for $1100.
    I replied ty but just not interested. He then again stated that since I was a “super nice guy” to give him an amount I could afford. Obviously I declined now and was amazed at the level of dishonesty! What would have been the price if I wasn’t a “super nice guy”?
    I called my credit card company immediately and told them that the pending charge was canceled and that I had already reached out to the company. This was on a Monday early afternoon.
    After canceling with the representative in the office and also Alex , two days later they still charged my credit card $875!
    I have never left a tip less than%20 no matter the service so this is not my style, after all I’m a “super nice guy “
    But if this helps one person save themselves from this company, we’ll then it needed to be done.

    The WORST people ever!

    About a month ago, we are having issues with our AC, and they said the compressor is dead, and would take 14 days to come in. On day 14, we call them to get an update. THEY FORGOT TO ORDER THE PART! They order it then, and after another 14 days, they finally come to our house on a Friday afternoon (meanwhile we have had no AC in Florida for a month at this point). After coming with the compressor, I kid you not, the technician seems to be watching a YouTube video on how to install the compressor, all for him to just tell us now another part is broken and they will have to order it and the office would give us a call on Monday. Office never called, no one has followed up.

    We will be just be calling another company, but these people have terrible customer service and seem to have no knowledge on how to actually do the job. I have never dealt with such a terrible company.

    They've been out 3 times and have been polite and very professional everytime.I recommend them highly.Their service program protects my unit and I don't have to remember they call me to schedule when it's do. Thank You Auto Zone your repair men are top notch
