Casco was on time, polite, clean, and efficient. He showed the picture's of holes in the ducts that needed repaired. I was pleased.

Tim was amazing. He explained to us everything he was doing and what he found as he went along. He made suggestions for optimizing our system and what we should do to keep it properly maintained. I will definitely do business with AirZone in the future and request Tim.

Air Zone handled our Home Warranty service call. It took a couple visits but they made sure our problem was completely fixed and we are satisfied with the service they provided. My only recommendation is they do better at following up after a repair appointment. If you say someone will contact us, someone actually should call instead of me having to reach out to you.

Osclay was professional. He called a head of time to get the timing of his arrival. I really liked that he was able to use a pictures to describe the problem. Once he came up with a plan. It was fixed in no time. We can really tell the difference.

Air Zone serves us in several years. Did repairs on our old HVAC system and kept it running to the end – 30 years of old HVAC did great job for all these years. Then when it comes to replace the old system finally Air Zone Company works hard to install a new HVAC and more quiet units. Wonderful service, very professional and knowledgeable technician!
