Air Zone Air Conditioning and Heating

James came out to look at our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely have him out again, and recommend him! Thank you James!!!

Repair was through home warranty program through Choice Home Warranty.
Tech got AC working in 2 days
but was not a permanent fix. A permanent fix involved turning off AC system and doing without AC for approx 2 weeks while a part is sent out for repair. Why can't the part just be replaced???

Alex showed up on time, was very honest, helpful and took his time in explaining the work he was going to do. I felt comfortable with all I was told and he did the work. fast and efficient made for a good visit and I will use them again

Technician called before appt time to say he would arrive in 20 min (which he did). Work to be done was thoroughly explained to me answering all of my questions satisfactorily. Technician was knowledgeable & professional.All in all, a very pleasant experience 👍😁

I have a service contract with Air Zone and they are very attentive and responsive. The technician Ryan is extremely professional and explains everything. They are always on time or at least give a call if there is any variation ,great company to work with.

Everyone was professional in their communications but it took 2 months to complete the repair. Obviously the part being on back order is not their fault, but I believe the first technician may have fried my thermostat and board in the air handler. So first, we had to get the air handler fired up to determine the Defrost Control Board needed replacement. This part took over a month to be received

I was fortunate enough to get Oscaly as my agent. He was awesome, went through my attic checking all the duct work and then pressure tested the system and made some minor repairs to the handler to keep out the outside air from the system. Could not have asked for better service. Will definitely ask for Oscaly next time I need any airconditioning service.
