Air Zone Air Conditioning and Heating

I got home about 4:30. AC was at 85ﾟ. Called Air Zone. Because the time of the day they said they couldn't get anybody out until the next day . The person on the phone talked to the owner and Told him the situation. He asked an employee if he didn't mind to come over Last Night he said Yes. she called me back within five minutes and told me somebody would be here within the hour Air zone does all my. Maintenance? They all Are awesome? Years ago I used Air Rescue they did $7000.00 in damage to my home. It was a nightmare. Ever since then Air Zone does a great job.

Responsive and on-time. Customer service was great from initial call to follow up. Technician was very informative and professional. It's important to feel confident about your system and that was accomplished. My go to A/C and Heating people!

Air Zone always comes through for me. I noticed my AC stopped working (long story short) on Saturday evening. I called their service after hours, left a message and promptly received a return call. By Monday afternoon, I was back up and running cool. I've been a customer of AirZone for over a year and I highly recommend them. Ken is usually the technician for my area - he is friendly, professional, always cleans up, and is very knowledgeable!

Appearance is everything on that score, they missed the mark. They traverse through your house with dirty shoes and have done this on 2 occasions. Having waited a week, and even though they had the specifications of the Ac, they came with the wrong part and had to go back and get the right one for the job. This was covered under my home warranty. They still found a way to charge me for a cleaning that was unwarranted and seems to be a pattern. They sell you a maintenance package and end up not doing a thorough clean of the units. Will never use them again for my maintenance.

Air Zone technician arrived to my house as scheduled. I explained that the condenser was not working. After looking at the condenser for about 15 mins, he tells me that I do not have any freon left and that there is a leak. He quoted a price of $350.00 to diagnose where the leak is and said that freon is expensive and it is probably going to cost upwards of a $1000.00 to fix. I paid his $89.00 fee and sent him on his way. I then called another company who thoroughly looked around and investigated the issue. He told me right away that it was an electrical issue. Not freon leak. He changed a fuse and looked for any additional problems. He cleaned the coil. I was charged less than $200.00. It turns out to be a fuse. I now have cold air. DO NOT trust this company!!!

are the worst. In order to get the job from the insurance, they say that they do have an appointment available. They have date and time. and then on the day of the appointment they give you some excuse like the employee's car was damaged and he can't keep it and then they change the appointment. This has happened to me with this company twice. they are the worst of the worst.

This contractor was recommended by Duke Energy as part of Energy Efficiency to check the HVAC Air Flow. The tech scheduled a day and time for service, called ten minutes before coming and was on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Recommendations were made, without pressure, and was gone in less than an hour. We highly recommend Air Zone.

This hvac company is a complete ripoff and sketchy. Sent through Choice Home Warranty and was pressured to accept a cleaning and maintenance contract in order to have my freon topped and balanced. Cost me $1500 which i had to take a loan to get my a/c working again. In this bad economic times this is my monthly salary to have them fix my ac. I cancelled Choice Home warranty and ill cancel this company after they fulfill their maintenance warranty.

Worst company I've ever worked with. It has been 2 weeks and 3 visits and still no AC, they are unresponsive. We were required to work with them through our home insurance. They told us the Insurance required a $800 cleaning. After the fact we contacted the insurance they knew nothing about the cleaning request. 100% scam company.

Our A/C and heat pump system failed. I called Air Zone and they had a technician there the next morning. We discussed our options and we chose to replace the entire system because of age and how much we use it daily in Florida. The installation was scheduled two days later. A technician arrived and within 6 hours everything was installed and working. He was very careful, clean and friendly. The price quoted was not the lowest but fair for the quality of work done. I would recommend this vendor to my friends.
