My A/C faltered this summer and the heat was getting to uncomfortable levels. Scott and Nick responded quickly and had my family cool again in no time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to use them going forward and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Nick and Scott are excellent technicians! They are very knowledgeable and very polite! I was very comfortable doing business with them, they explained in detail what was going on with my system and they fixed it for a very reasonable price compared to other companies that came out and tried to sell me things I did not need. Words can’t even describe how thankful I am for Tropic Cooling! They came and helped me out on short notice when I was having a problem with my system. There was a major problem with the system that was causing a leak and it was going right through my ceiling causing severe water damage in the process. I called multiple people and no one could come out on short notice but thank god for Tropic Cooling for being so understanding and coming right away to fix the problem. Scott is awesome. I had some really nit-picky issues, but he was super understanding and helped me think through the choices. His pricing is very reasonable, he explained really clearly how he was planning on doing the project, and he was also just a really friendly and kind person.

Can’t say enough good things about Tropic Cooling. We have 3 AC compressors for our home and Tropic Cooling was able to resolve our AC problem in just a few hours and at a low cost.

I say this because we had a service technician from another leading company that only put a “Band-Aid”on the problem and AC continued to shut down for several months.

With Tropic Cooling we have not had any problems since two years ago when they made the repairs..
