    Tech installed wrong size part. Made my electrical panel keep tripping. After not hearing from someone for two days I called to say I didn’t need them anymore because I got someone else to repair. Mentioned that their quote to replace unit was a lot higher compared to other quotes I got and the manager said he’d take a look at it and get back to me in a couple hours and now it’s the next day and still haven’t heard. Needless to say I wouldn’t use or recommend.

    We got a high electric bill, so Duke Energy recommended we get the blower door test. Oscar came out to perform the test, found holes in the duct work and fixed them right then and there. He was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. As an added bonus he even cleaned up spots where insulation came through the attic hole. Definitely would recommend them to anyone with a high energy bill!

    I had an air duct test scheduled but they called hours after my appt time to tell me they were running late. I had to reschedule. Other than running late and not communicating it sooner, the staff is pleasant and the office seems otherwise organized. I still intend on hiring them and will update review if/when work is complete.

    We like the service of this company, they always come on time and solve all our AC problems, if the management team reads my review, please pay attention to the scheduling department because they always forget to arrange for technicians to come to check our AC as part of the service they provide once every 6 months . For the price offered is quite reasonable.

    I have nothing but good experiences with Airzone. They are professional, communicative and mostly affordable. I have their yearly maintenance package which at this point seems worth the money.

    I have not AC or heater since December 25th when I place the claim through my warranty company, the Air Zone Company called me on Dec 28 and set my appointment for January 3rd, the technician came and he says he completed the job and there was a 3 min delay and it should start right away, he left the house and the AC still not working, I contacted the company and they told me that they will send a technician today is January 9th, and they told me they supposed to come in at 0900, I called the company and no one answer. Very poor job, unprofessional, and definitely would never recommend to no one, stay away from them.

    We used AirZone at our previous home and were impressed by their level of service and attention to details that we decided to use them once again when we moved to our new home. The techs have always been professional and very knowledgeable and explain things in detail. The cost has been reasonable and the service has been done as promised. I would certainly recommend Air Zone for your homes HVAC needs.

    In August, I was told my pipes was so clogged up that they needed to replace all the pipes. Sept, system still wasn't working. Someone came back out and did repair. I woke up this morning to this on my ceiling. Went to the attach and one of the pipes that they replaced was not attached properly. Contacted them and they said since its past the 30 days I have to pay $85.00. Also said, that they didn't replace the pipes. They just blew the guck out of it. This cost over $400. They was not apologetic or helpful and made it seem that I was the cause of the leak. Called another HVAC company and they told me that Air Zone never put the pipe fitting glue and this is why the pipe was not attached.

    Our A/C went out on Thursday night. After a quick call to our home warranty company, this company contacted us and advised they would be out in the morning. By 10am on Friday, we were no longer melting.
