Joe was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional when he answered my questions and gave his estimate. He even came back and matched the price I got on another estimate. He was able to set up an installation within a few days.
Mike and Nick were very courteous when they came and took out the old system, broke up the old slab that the compressor was on and replaced it with a new hurricane slab. They installed the new system and did some extra duct work all within a half a day. They even took off their shoes to keep from tracking crud in when they installed the new thermostat!

We had used J and L for the last 5 yrs. since we bought our home in Land O Lakes. Joe serviced it regularly at a reasonable price. Then we decided to replace it. We were pleased with the work J and L did. Shawn and Jessie installed the unit in an efficient, clean, and precise manner. They took care of everything, including the inspection date.
J and L also services the unit we have in our West Chase home. We will go with J and L when we need a new unit in that home.
They never reschedule, and they are always prompt, professional, and fairly priced.

So we had a couple of experiences with these guys .... first was last year when we bought our first home here in Florida and needed to replace a 26 year old system that was running ok but at 26 years old way overdue!! Joe met my wife at our home and treated her with respect and professionalism. He explained what was needed, what other items should be addressed and what it would cost. After conferring with a friend back home who owns a HVAC company he suggested I have Joe do the work and we were very very happy we did!! This year we bought another home and moved in a custom built 12 year old home so I figured to call everyone and get all systems checked. Mike came out to check everything and warned that our system was at the age of needing to be replaced. Thanking him we sent him along his was well 3 days later at 5am the system quit. I called at 7am and Mike was back at 10am getting it running temporarily until they could install a new system. Less than a week later they showed up and again J&L did the fabulous job that I have come to expect from them. At the end of the day I have been in the construction industry for 22 years and I have very few companies still truly dedicated to customer service and affordability and I expertly say Joe and his team exceed that bar every time I have dealt with them!! Please if you need HVAC work done call J&L they will "wow" you as well.

Sean and his associates are the best air conditioning technicians around!! I had an entire new unit installed at my house a few years back and the work they did was top notch Quality. Sean is always very straightforward with information and pricing. He always goes the extra mile and has impressed me time after time especially with his promptness. Today I got home and my house was 83° needless to say I was hosting a dinner party within the hour so I called him up.. Luckily he answered! He was out running errands with his kids & said he’d be right over. The unit needed a new capacitor which he had a new one handy in his truck. My house was back up and running at 76 degrees within an hour of the part breaking down. Highly recommend!!

Great experience with J&L AC! Mike was here promptly within same day time frame to fix our upstairs ac. He explained everything and was able to have everything fixed with cool air running in no time. Will definitely keep this company in mind for all our future ac needs!

We are very satisfied with the service provided by J&L. Have had J&L service our AC unit for the past 6 years. When our old compressor broke, we purchased a new unit from them and had the air handler moved to the garage from the attic. Our electric bill was reduced almost immediately. We recommended him to our neighbor and they purchased an AC compressor unit from him as well.

We requested a service call finding J & L Air Conditioning through Angie's List. Joe the tech was very friendly, prompt and diagnosed the problem immediately. We live in Brooksville and would definitely contact them again. There were recommendations made for the future as our system is older but again my whole experience was very well. The charges seemed more than fair and we were extremely satisfied.

I have been using J&L Air Conditioning for about 5 years, and Joe is always friendly and professional. He fixed some duct work for a very reasonable price years ago and my electric bill was almost cut in half compared to what it was - paid for itself in no time. I have him come twice a year to check on my A/C unit. I highly recommend him.

We had multiple issues that were addressed (mold in air handler, and cooling pockets in the house) and fixed correctly. I never once felt like I was being deceived or "sold" anything. I wanted an honest opinion to solve my problems and that's what I got. I couldn't be any happier! I will recommend them to everybody.
