J&L Air Conditioning & Heating

I have been using them since I needed an entirely new air conditioning unit. in 2017. They gave such a great price and installed it quickly, i have used them over and over because of their professionalism and quality customer service. When it came time to have all my ducts replaced, I called them again and no matter who they send to my house, it is always above and beyond with their customer care. Today, my A/C unit stopped blowing cold air, within minutes of examining the unit, there was a solution along with a reasonable price. Not only did they fix my issue, but I was also given detailed instructions on how to maintain and keep my unit running as intended. (it was a surge that blew out a component)

I would recommend them to any one looking for a quality company.

J&L AC is the best AC company. Joe and Lisa are always available day or night to help us out. We have been doing business with them for over three years and have not had one issue using this company. No job to big for them and they do it professionally and quickly. My owners are happy with the pricing, knowledge of their employees, and working with them for all their AC needs. Makes my property management for maintenance run smoothly!!!! I highly recommend them to everyone.

Timely, responsive, and excellent service. Reasonably priced and certainly worth the money that is spent.

AC stopped working, called J & L, they came out next morning, very prompt. He took a brief look at system said there was no Freon and could not be fixed, there was a leak. They then proceeded to work up a quote on new system and was told we would be without AC for several days. After they left we called another company to get another quote. They came out verified that there was a leak however, it could be fixed to hold us over until we decided on what we wanted to do. Within an hour we had our AC unit back working better than before. We are going to this second company for a new system in a few week.
Additional Review....After I posted this review the owner, Joe did call me and wanted to know how they could fix this from happing again. After a lengthly positive conversation I believe Joe will address this issue and make sure his Techs provide better customer service.

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I had such extraordinary experience I just had to share. If I could leave more then 5 stars I would. I am a new homeowner and my AC went out. J&L was able to meet my needs and more at a very equitable cost. Lisa was very efficient and accomadating. She made sure I got the best of everything, even with my hectic schedule. Sean and Nick were very punctual, friendly and pristine. They even vaccumned after installing! Since this install my electric bill has dropped a whopping $60.00. Overall, the business was super easy to work with and ; I’m very pleased with my new unit and with the service I received. If your looking to save money this is your place. 10/10 recommend.

I had an excellent experience with J&L Air Conditioning. Lisa took my call, she was very friendly and scheduled a tech to come out the same day. Joe arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time out to show me step by step the problem. He even made calls to check the warranty status of my unit from the manufacturer. I felt very comfortable with Joe doing the repairs. J&L also honor miltary veterans with discounts. I highly recommend J&L Air Conditioning Repair to anyone and will continue to use them for all my AC repairs.

Mike was great and very knowledgeable on the service that was performed.

Joe came out today for an emergency call for water leaking through the ceiling from our air handler. He was on time and courteous. He explained all the errors he found from initial installation (which was done by another company) during our build. Everything was fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend J&L to all my friends.

I have a 10 year old, 4 ton ac unit for my home. I have used several ac companies over the past 15 years of living here in Odessa. My experience with J & L Air was outstanding in every way. I called late on a rainy Friday afternoon and Mike was at my house early Saturday morning which is the day I wanted as opposed to late Friday. Mike is very friendly, thorough, professional and experienced. He was detailed in laying out my problem, possible routes to take in fixing the unit and no pressure or attempt to upsell me , given my old unit. Pricing was upfront, reasonable and exact. Mike is a pro. J & L Air gets my two thumbs up and the fact that they are rated A+ by BBB , certified by Google, is added assurance to a prospective buyer and is validated by my experience. I would not hesitate to use J& L Air and when the time comes it is where I will buy my next ac unit based on experience, trust and value.

I cannot say enough great things about J & L Air Conditioning. I first met them about 3 years ago when they serviced my old unit several times. That unit gave out and J & L installed a brand new unit for me. I have a maintenance agreement with them where they come out and service my unit every 6 months. The thing that I love most is their fast response time. Whenever I call them they come out immediately. Their work is excellent and their pricing is more than fair. Their service technician, Mike, has been to my home several times. He is always polite and professional. I wish all companies would treat their customers as well as J & L treats theirs.
