Professor Cool saved us from the summer heat wave! If your a “big fan” of reliable, honest, hard workers then look no further and call them now. Anthony did a great job of providing regular maintenance and teaching me how to keep my unit in good shape. Then when our unit broke in mid-July, Danny was out here within hours to diagnose the issue. We then opted to have Professor Cool replace our aging unit. For due diligence I checked with 2 other local HVAC companies who quoted over $3,000 higher for a new system. The original quote included all permits and was never raised even though I know he had to do some additional work. So thankful to have a great HVAC company like this in the area.

The technician came right out. Two other companies could not come out until next week. AC was not cooling. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I was thrilled that Professor Cool was able to come out. Great service. It would have been a miserable weekend without the AC working. Thanks again!! 5 🌟. I will definitely use this Company again!

Everyone was pleasant and prompt. Danny did a thorough assessment and noticed lots of details about my situation. Everything happened on time when they said it would. They lent me a portable A/C to use which was much appreciated. The job was done neatly and no mess was left anywhere.

Recently installed an air scrubber and it became detached from the duct. Professor Cool sent someone out to fix it promptly with no additional expense to me. Excellent customer service!

These guys won us over. They were extremely quick to get us a quote on a new AC. They did an exceptional job in setting it all up and got it up and running the same day. Came back the next day to tweak a few things and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

Justin of Professor Cool assessed the my system which was 3’ behind temp set on thermostat. Quickly realized that system was fine but required a coil cleaning. A more than reasonable service call fee and he was on his way and my system was cooling again.
