Great company. A/C went out after 15 years. They came out within a couple hours and replaced the entire system the next morning at a competitive price. They were responsive, quick and professional. Great warranty - 10 year on all parts and 1 year.labor. Would highly recommend this company for your a/c needs.

I used Nextdoor and got 4 of the top-recommended companies to get quotes for a new AC unit after 17 yrs with my old one. Joe was hands-down the quickest to give me a quote (told me I did not need to upgrade to a larger unit as another company suggested!) and he answered ALL my questions promptly. They made it easy for me to submit a $500 rebate to TECO. Nick and Shawn did a terrific install. Shawn kindly and patiently helped me set up my wireless thermostat. Replacing a new AC is expensive, but I did my research and got quotes (including Ierna etc) and the value and, more important, the customer service with J&L got my business. I am happy with my purchase and my AC company for all my future needs. Thanks Joe, Nick and Shawn!

J & L have been my AC go-to guys for 3 years. So glad I found them. Always considerate of my time and money. I heartily recommend them for anyone who needs a/c service whether home or commercial.
Update on Review: 4/29/16: My landlord bought a "Goodman" a/c unit brand new and I've had nothing but trouble with it. It went down again this morning. We called about 12:30 and J&L were here by 1:30 and had the repairs to my crap unit done by 2:00. Praise the heavens for dependable and fair service companies. PS. Don't every let your landlord pass off a "Goodman" as a new unit. It'll nickle and dime you to death!

I called J & L at 10AM on Saturday 3/21/2020. They called me back and said that they could be here between 1-4 pm same day. I said perfect. At 12:30 Mike called and said he would be out in 20 minutes. It’s now 1:07 and my air conditioner is in perfect working condition. Thank you Mike and J & L. Your the best.

I recently had a great experience with J and L. Both of my AC units went out and they were able to come out right away. Mike was very courteous and professional with both diagnosing the problems and fixing them. I would definitely recommend using them to friends/family and will keep them in my phone for future use. About a year and a half ago, J& L AC had installed my two AC units that needed replacing. I am very pleased with their service. Today’s technician replaced an older thermostat. He was friendly, checked everything out, showed me how to use it.

My AC unit stopped working. Inside temps got to around 102 F. I called J&L Air, the technician showed up in 30 min. diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem and got my AC running again in less than an hour. Great company, Great people, Quality work and Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

One of my ac units went out four days ago, and resulted in the second one over working and also dying. Our house has been a sweat lodge and I finally convinced my boyfriend we needed to find someone to help us. After multiple sites visite and so many reviews read, I called J&L. The office assistant who answered was so friendly and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel rushed explaining my ac issues. I was expecting someone to be able to come out next day or so, but she gave me the fastest time frame for the tech to come out. Half hour to hour and a half he would be to my house. Joe showed up in 45 minutes and was so pleasant from the first handshake. Throughout the entire encounter, Joe walked me through everything he was doing. He explained in detail and depth what he was doing, re-explained when I was trying to relay the information to my boyfriend, and never made me feel like I was bothering him with my questions and slight hovering. He even ran out to LOWES to grab circuits for my house because to had blown. He saved me a huge bill from an electrician and fixed my ac units. Joe explained in depth our options for the future for the units, and never once did he try and push me to make a huge purchase that we hadn’t researched. Thank you SO MUCH Joe and Everyone at J&L! We will absolutely be using your company for the rest of our time here, and will be recommending y’all to everyone I know!

I gave J&L a call on a Thursday morning because my outside unit wasnt working. Mike arrived on the early side of the time window, and remembered me from the last time he repaired my a/c (6 months ago). After listening patently to my concerns, he proceded to check everything, and carried me through the diagnosis process. It was determined that the failure was critical, and that it would be far more cost effective to install a new system. Another a/c company in the area quoted me $11k a year ago. Mike and his team surprised me with a quote just over half that! Mike and his team pulled the permits, did all of the work, brought everything up to code, and had it completed in just one day! Our a/c was down for less than 20 hours. He exceeded my expectation in every department. If you have been using anyone else, you owe it to yourself and your family to give J&L a try! Better, faster, cost effective, and complete service. Not just another company, but real people that do actually care! Thanks!

Mike was here on time and very helpful in explaining exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. He got things back up and running very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company for your AC needs and I will be using them again in the future!
