Outstanding service from the initial phone call to the repair! Lisa was so pleasant and professional over the phone and scheduled a technician to come out within the next 2 and a half hours. Within a few minutes of hanging up the phone, I received a text that Mike was on the way. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had us up and running quick! The entire encounter from my phone call to me paying for the repair was one hour. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy everything was. And on a Saturday! Thank you for the absolutely amazing service; I highly recommended!!

J&L is hands down the BEST A/C service in Florida. They have replaced both of my units with no problems. Lisa is awesome, Mike is fantastic, and Shawn and Nick are amazing installers. Any questions you have are answered and explained in depth. They let you see the problem and let you know exactly what they will do to fix it. They take their time on everything. They will not leave you until the work is Perfect!!!! I love this company and they are the ONLY COMPANY I will let touch my A/C. Mike nursed our old units as best he could when money tight, and when he could do no more to save the old ones, he gave the best units for our home. We love all of them and I recommend them to any and everyone who needs A/C service. You can't go wrong with J&L.

Mike was wonderful! My AC stopped working late last night it was 83 degrees in my house! Other companies were telling me they could not come out until the next day or 4 days from now! Then, I get J&L and they answered the phone right away and the representative was apologizing for me because the soonest she could get someone out was in 3 hours! Prices appear to be comparable to other companies. But the service is top notch! Would not hesitate to call them again!

J&L Air conditioning did an amazing job of taking care of us. Our AC went out Father's day weekend and Lisa picked up on a Saturday night at 9:30pm. So impressed! Mike was out the next morning by 9:00am to check out our system and gave us a recommendation that it was not able to be repaired. We did get a 2nd opinion and they concurred.

After talking to some other friends and (2) other companies we felt that J&L would do the best job AND give us the quality and service we wanted.

We needed it taken care of ASAP and they were able to deliver an install in 48 hours.

Service techs Nick & Shawn did a great job on the install with the oversight of Mike who was our original service tech.

Great job - on time - would definitely give them a 5 star rating!!!!!!!

J&L is always responsive and quick to address the problem. I made the mistake of going with another company once and instantly regretted my decision. Do yourself a favor and just call J&L, you'll be a much happier (and cooler) customer.

First experience with J&L today and it was great. AC stopped working the previous day and I called in the morning. They were able to fit me in same day early afternoon. Mike came out to the house and walked me through what he was seeing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair just as quickly. He fixed the problem but also walked me through key points to keep an eye on for the future. Relative to the AC going out, it was a great experience from the first call to the fix. I highly recommend using J&L.

J&L was recommended to me by a neighbor and I could not be happier! Lisa called me back immediately after I sent an email and was able to scheudle an appointment the next day to come inspect my AC unit. Mike arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way I understood without speaking down to me! He explained each of my options fully and allowed me to chose the option which was best for me. Nick and Shawn (technicians) came the following day to install my new AC system. They too were friendly, knowledgeable and unlike other service people I’ve met cleaned up after themselves! Mike called after the install was complete to make sure I was happy with everything. I cannot recommend J&L enough to anyone. Added bonus is they are a local family owned business making me a real customer not just a number in their inventory.

Mike was such a informative, professional individual! Even from the start of calling right when they opened this very morning, the lady on the other end of the phone was so kind and helpful. Such a great company and great prices too! You can tell they truly care about their customers.

Our home has two ac units. J&L replaced the downstairs unit a few years back and we trust them so much that when our unit upstairs died over the weekend, we didn't hesitate to call them. They also have maintained our units over the years with tune-ups. J&L is trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Mike was a pleasure to work with a second time around (as well as the first!)

In August in Florida, losing A/C is like being dropped on top of a tropical mountain without water: it becomes uncomfortable quickly. That's what happened to me. I suffered through the night, resigning myself to call the next morning.

I found several places online, but J&L had the largest quantity and highest ratings. I called just after 8am, and a kind woman named Lisa answered. She explained everything I needed to know and set up an appointment for the same day. She called 30 minutes before to let me know that a technician was coming. Five minutes later, Mike (the technician) called me to be clear about location and my description of the A/C problem.

Mike showed up on time and was kind. He quickly figured out what the problems were and gave me prices. Fortunately, he had the materials on his truck, so he took care of everything within an hour. He even took the time to answer my mundane questions about A/C minutia. He also gave me tips on how to maintain the system myself...saving them a trip out.

I hope I do not have any more A/C problems, but if I do, I will probably call J&L.
