J&L Air Conditioning & Heating

Mike from J&L Air Conditioning & Heating came out to perform a checkup on my HVAC system at my request. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Although no issues were found and everything was in excellent condition, he did provide some advice on upkeep around the AC Unit, as well as filter selection for our specific unit. We will continue doing business with J&L for the foreseeable future, and have begun their bi-annual Maintenance Program. It is worth mentioning that the woman I spoke with on the phone to set up service was very polite and professional as well and was very accommodating during the scheduling process. We had a very excellent experience.

Awesome! I live in the Land O Lakes area and was needing an AC repair company. Through a Google search I came across J & L and because they had such great reviews I gave them a call. I am sooooo pleased that I went with J & L! The office staff was friendly, professional and accurate. Joe, the technician (and I think owner) was wonderful; Professional, knowledgeable, fast and trustworthy. He took the the time to really explain everything to me, not once did he seem annoyed by my many questions and he was very friendly. The best thing was I did not feel like I was just some one to make money off of. He did not push me into purchasing this or that or push me into service plans with him or make me feel like I needed unnecessary service. I highly recommend this company!

I have been a customer of JL Air Conditioning for many years. The initial installation was quick and the repair man explained everything very clearly and every step of the way. Recently, our heater went out. Once I called, they returned my call within the hour and scheduled a service call for the next day. He, (Mike) arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly and explained the part that was needed. The early next day, he was back installed the part and was done in less than an hour. We are very satisfied with this company and will continue to patronize their business.

A/C was leaking water everywhere in my garage. I call J&L right when they open at 7am and I'm told they'll have someone today between 11am and 1pm. The technician Mike arrives around 10! Talk about great service! In just about an hour, he fixed the entire issue. Not only are these guys punctual, they have great customer service and very reasonable prices! I highly recommend.

Have been using J&L for many years now and have always been satisfied with their service. Always very courteous and friendly. Very knowlegeable about the equipment being installed and takes the time to answer any questions that I have. Will continue to use them and tell people about how great they are.

Fast, Friendly, and Knowledgeable service. Put my request through at 9pm for next day service. Received a call the next morning and the technician (Joe)arrived withing the scheduled window. Diagnosed the issue and provided detailed quote on the spot. Had all parts available on his truck and fixed my AC in 30 minutes. Provided thorough analysis and gave me all maintenance instructions to extend life of unit and prevent further issue.
I highly recommend J&L and Joe.

We were referred to J&L from my husbands company owner and we are so happy we contacted them. Joe was great trying to help us over the phone as it was late when our AC went out and it was very hot in the house. We could not get it fixed on our own so Joe came out the next day promptly and got the AC working again. He was professional, courteous, and the price was great, I would recommend to anyone needing service.

We had our first experience with J & L yesterday and are very satisfied. Mike came out and did the maintenance on our AC. He did have to replace one part that was still under warranty and there was a labor charge. He did mention a few things that the company that installed 3 years ago did not do as he would have. That company is no longer in business and perhaps has something to do with their installs. As we were new to Florida at the time we really didn't know who to use. We did take the service contract and am confident that they will service our AC as needed.

Update: Our AC went out last night (Saturday June 19, 2021at 9:00pm). J&L were here this morning at 10:30 and fixed the problem (Motor Capacitor) and we are very grateful to be cool once again!

Why do things always seem to break on a Friday evening? I called J&L and was shocked to hear an actual voice at the end of the phone line! Joe came out Saturday morning and diagnosed and thoroughly explain the issue and my options. They picked up the part I needed and Mike had it installed by mid afternoon on Monday. Thank you for your fast and courteous service. I will continue to recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.
