Whenever I need to contact a vendor for repairs I am usually filled with anxiety. It seems quality and trustworthy businesses are the exception rather than the norm, lately. When my air went out with temperatures in the 90s, I didn't have alot of time to do research and was a little panicked. I looked at some reviews and checked the Better Business Bureau and took a chance on Tampa Bay Air Conditioning. Great decision! I called at midnight and they had a 24 hour answering service. Lisa called on the way to the office, 40 minutes before they opened, to ensure me not to worry she would try to help me out. She did! Before noon she sent Tech Ronnie. Ronnie was extremely professional and friendly. He repaired my unit and had me sorted before I broke a sweat. To say I was extremely satisfied is an understatement. Lisa and Ronnie you have my sincere thanks and a new loyal customer!!

Imagine during the hottest week on record your A/C quits!!! After using their services for over 25 years, Tampa Bay AC came to our rescue yet again. Rene & Lisa made appointments quickly, Ronnie Jr. diagnosed the problem asap & Ron Sr, Troy, Robert & Corbin installed the new equipment in beastly hot weather with precision and a smile. They are hard working men who take pride in doing their job well. We recommend them highly.

One AC unit went out 5pm July 3, serviceman there at 9 am July 4
Up and running one hour later. I have used these folks for several years now since my prior guy retired. Highly recommended for new installation or service. Lisa in the office is awesome

I had a major AC problem last year and they did a great job! I called them again for routine maintenance this year and was very pleased with the timeliness of scheduling and the whole process. They are friendly and considerate!

I called this morning for service since my condenser wasn’t coming on, so the fan was blowing hot air. Within 30 minutes the repair tech was here and found the issue quickly and made the repair. I’ve had service from Tampa Bay A/C in the past and they’ve always been very responsive, professional and fixed my issues. When I needed a new unit they were the only ones I considered. I highly recommend Tampa Bay A/C!

No one wants there a/c to die anytime 😫. But Renee and her team at Tampa Bay Air Conditioning were very professional and great to work with. I've had them out twice for repairs and they were able to respond very quickly. I've put bandaid on my a/c for a couple of years hoping to get as much life out of it as i could. Finally, it died. Tampa Bay AC was able to provide me 3 different quotes, coming in well below any other quotes I had. Their team spent all day meticulously installing my unit. The service guys don't work off of commission so they were really honest about what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything "extra". Definitely recommend Tampa Bay Air Conditioning!

My first time using Tampa Bay Air Conditioning was a great experience. This is a family-owned and operated business with their own employees, not subcontractors. They arrived when they said they would and called when there was going to be any change to the schedule. The work was professionally done and to repair my system without trying to sell unnecessary services. I look forward to working with them again!

We were suddenly without air late last evening, and when I submitted a ticket online, I was called back in ujder 5 min. The staff are beyond helpful and walked us through the main trouble items to try and get us up again. As our system was really broke, the scheduling was done immediately for me today which is the morning after (less than 12hrs later). We had our system repaired into fully operational condition and even asked for a quote to replace our very old system since they are that great. I thank this company for their accommodation and kindness, it really made all the difference in a very stressful situation. We've found our new go-to for AC everything.

Our AC went out the other day, and we did not realize there was an issue until the evening when it started getting warm in the house. I called Tampa Bay Air Conditioning that night and left a message with their answering service. Within 10 minutes I had a call back with a scheduled appointment for the next morning! The technician was at the house by 9 AM and stayed several hours to diagnose the issue and replace the nonworking part on our old AC system. My wife and I both have allergies, and we will be calling them back next week to install a Reme Halo to purify the air.

I have been doing business with Rene’s Tampa Bay Air Conditioning for close to 20 years and their service has always been impeccable. Always on time and always stocked with repair AC parts. They know what they are doing!
