Absolutely the best air conditioning company! I've been using them for years and Tampa Bay A/C are always honest and fast. I recently had both A/C units replaced, they are the best quality and price in the whole tri-county area! I'll never use another company.

My former AC technician which I had for over 6 years retired, I was devastated! I contacted Tampabay AIr Conditioning, spoke with Lisa, she was great, assured me that their technicians do not work on commission nor do they upsell, felt comfortable with my initial dealings with her and scheduled an appt. Geo, service technician arrived ahead of appt time, called and texted that he was en route. He was professional, friendly, respectful and answered all of my questions.
AC checked out great, nothing else required. Billed what was initially quoted. Although I was shocked after losing my former AC person, Tampabay Air Conditioning has my vote of confidence. They are a small local company-give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

I have been using Tampa Bay AC for installation and repair services at home and at my business for years. They are always responsive and able to respond immediately when I need service. We have used Tampa Bay A/C before and are always satisfied. This time, Renee returned our call late at night and walked us through a work-around until the tech could come. The tech came promptly the next day. We did have to have a return visit later in the day, but our issue was resolved.
They always provide excellent service.

Very fast response even on a weekend day.
Follow up is always thorough and timely.

Renee and Ronnie are always very helpful and answer all questions and respond when called upon.
