The best AC company in Tampa hands down. They diagnosed and fixed my problem in less than an hour. The field tech explained all my issues and he fixed them all.

Ronnie came out to address a service issue and was prompt, polite, and explained everything he was doing as he went, and completed the job that afternoon. They were able the schedule a next-day service after my initial call. The company sent a text with his name as soon as he was on his way so that I knew who we were expecting, and the payment and invoice were immediately emailed to me at the conclusion of the service. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell on a new unit, even though our system is showing its age. I was anxious about the hard sell, based on past experience with other providers. I really appreciated the conscientious, informative approach, and will be sure to bring my business to them in the future.

When our air conditioner unexpectedly failed, we contacted Tampa Bay AC based on a referral from a friend. They were on site within 24hrs and made a temporary fix to get us thru the weekend. A crew came at 8 am Monday installed a whole new system. They were professional, careful and informative. Office staff very pleasant; no sales pressure, no hidden charges. We highly recommend this business.

I will only use Tampa Bay Air Conditioning in the future.These folks are great, and totally take care of your A/C needs. They are honest and the best I've seen in my 40 years of homeownership. Their follow up and professionalism are the best around and their technicians dont do anything halfway. I'm a customer for life. My condensation line was plugged and they cleaned it out, reconnected it at a better angle, and got me back going quickly- Robert is awesome!!! We purchased both our condenser and air handler from them years ago and it still runs strong.
