Called J&L talked to Lisa needing our air conditioner serviced and she was able to get us scheduled within an hour with Mike!! Mike was able to solve our problems with the air conditioner. He was very professional, explained every step and just a great guy. Thanks Lisa and Mike. Will definitely call them again.

Pros: Very Responsive. Completed work in timely manner. Polite.

Cons: Charged a service call fee and a minimum one hour job fee for a less than 10 minute job (20 total minutes for the first time coming out and then to replace the part). I am not sure if this is standard practice but, just seems steep to me

Bo came out on Saturday and got us temporary cooling while we waited for a circuit board. He came back promptly as soon as they got the part. He cleaned the coils and changed the air filter. A/C works great. Bo was courteous and professional.

J&L Air Conditioning & Heating was an excellent choice to have a complete replacement. They were very thorough, clean and truthful to what actually best for our townhome. I will recommended to anyone.

This is the 2nd time I used J & L. The 1st time was in 2021 to replace one of my ac units that was over 17 yars old and this is the 2nd time for my 2nd unit.
Mike found the issue within minutes, replaced the capacitor and I was back in service. They came out the same day I called and I'm happy with how fast they came out, identified the problem, and fixed it. Mike also suggested a surge protector to minimize the risk of this happening again as I have had to replace the capacitor in the past. I appreciate his honesty and suggestion to keep me up and running.

Overall, it was a great experience with the company. Service tech was friendly and professional. The price was a little steep, but I had to get the AC working. Would definitely recommend
