When I called the receptionist who handled my call, she was very professional and prompt. Once I was contacted by the technician, Tyson, he was at my house very quickly and gave honest and Professional feedback about my system.I look forward to greeting the install team when I get my new unit. Technician came out on 7/18 to repair motor that is under warranty. On 7/29 someone entered property and dismantled the AC unit with no warning or communication with tenants. Landlord states there may be dispute regarding date of warranty. There is no justifiable reason to dismantle a unit without notice to occupants. Have police report in hand, though so it’ll get sorted. Horribly unprofessional. Thanks for sweating out my family and pets guys! Really appreciate it.

Allen is his team goes above and beyond with all your A/C needs. We've been using since 2009 and within that time we get 6 months of A/c maintenance and in 2020 we had both of our locations installed new A/C units.
