I called these people to get some emergency help and based on just my neighborhood alan knew exactly the problem and explained how to fix it immediately and I was up and running in no time. Now that’s what I call service baby. Alan 10/10 stand up guy.

They were on time, but do not call if you have an R-22, unit. They do not have that freon and will charge you for the service call regardless. They looked at my unit last year and should have know they type before they went out.

Dymond AC came into my home and moved my air handler into the attic and also installed two new returns they did excellent work and they come highly recommended. Anytime I’m getting any more air conditioning work done I will call dymond.

They showed up exactly on time and talked me through the issue. He ran back to the warehouse to grab a new motor and even gave everything a good cleaning. It was my first time using them and they will be the only people I call from now on.

UPDATE: Around a year later from this initial review I called Dymond Heating and Cooling for an unrelated issue. Allan and Tyson and came out and had me taken care of for a VERY fair price in less than an hour. I would leave a second 5 star review if I could but Google will only let me edit my original review.

Very refreshing to have someone that genuinely cares about a good job being done. Still won't call anyone but Dymond if I ever need anything in the future.

They responded right away to helping us out with a portable air conditioner to cool our home while they searched and ordered our new unit. We had the new unit in 3 days!!
